STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE! My husband bought a phone case for $25 for me on Mother's Day as a gift. Less than 7 days the trim around the case began unraveling so we took it back to see about getting another one. The lady was full of it; she claimed that it wasn't coming apart, and then had the audacity to say that I could get another 1 for an additional $10. What? And WHY?! it's been a little over 3 months now and the entire case is torn up. TERRIBLE. She provided no receipt and this is why. BEWARE AND AVOID WIRELESS GADGETS IN LONGVIEW MALL AT ALL COSTS. I went to the kiosk on Valentines day to replace the front and back screen of my husbands Iphone 4. One week later the screen began to crack by the front speaker. My phone had been an otterbox and had not been dropped. I called the Manager and he said he would replace it but when I got there he walked me to another kiosk where another man proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to fix it because it had already left the store. I had an excellent experience at this mobile kiosk! I bought a phone case and tempered glass, and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and guided me through the options with great expertise. They installed the tempered glass with precision, and the case fits perfectly.
