Where to start?! The food was HORRIBLE and I mean absolutely HORRIBLE!! As if the pizza and cheese bread being the nasty cardboard ever the marinara tasted like BEER! I could not believe it so I went and got another one and it was completely different from the first one.I went to the manager and told her and she had the nerve to try and tell me they both smelled the same!! I was speechless!! Then she asked another girl that was working the front counter to smell them and the girl did then quickly looked back and forth between her manager and me so I said to her dont lie.... and surprise she said it smelled like beer!!! Then went on to say she thought it had something to do with the nozzles .... im assuming not being cleaned correctly but my goodness it was so bad taste and smell so strong like BEER!! CHUCKIE CHEESE!! I was also surprised to learn that they sell alcohol there ...a child's fun place sells beer?? So there that now on to the service every single person that is employed there is completely preoccupied with their cell phones and literally make you wait until they finish whatever they are watching on tiktok before they assist you and to add insult to injury they then act as if you have interrupted so.ething very important and have cus them great inconvenience. I suggest if you want a fun family environment do not go to chuckie cheese. If the cardboard hard pizza doesn't break your teeth you may get drunk on the dipping sauce and by all means you will totally cause the staff a visible grievance. Don't expect the manager to do anything about any of it she will just lie and say everything is wonderful.... this place needs to...

My kids love to play the games, but the service is horrible. We have hosted 2 birthday parties there and the first one the "host" was VERY intrusive.The Party we had there tonight, we requested not to have a host, so we could enjoy our sons party. From the moment I checked in with the staff they had a MAJOR attitude with us. They VERY Bluntly informed me that I had wasted my money on a table, since I had no host the girl went into detail of the things my party no longer would have. She said " your paying 140 dollars for 2 medium pizzas, 9 drinks and a table for 2 hours, you could have just sat up here in the front FOR FREE." I told her when I had booked the party the store informed me they couldn't guarantee us a table, and asked if there was anything I could do to change the reservation because ALL off the "free tables" were open. She Smiles and says "No, because it helps us make money. " I had to ask several staff members (9) times for my parties "play cards" so the children could play games. Not Impressed with the general lack of customer service skills. We Will Not Be...

Several reasons for low rating. The food was well not worth the price. My lemon pepper chicken bites were burnt, and heavily over seasoned. The personal pizza was good for a kid! The workers seemed not to care about the older kids (pre-teens) literally running around the games area shouting things... and attempting to destroy the games they were playing on. The football game they were playing, nearly rickocheted back and nearly hit myself and a child.. they were throwing the football entirely way too hard, and were out of control. They were obnoxiously using all kinds of profanity, in front of all the other and much younger kids. We watched workers walk right past them as they were doing this. Nearly half of the games were broken in some way or out of order, and some of them were not able to be used at all, but we're not marked as so. This place seems to need new management, training for the employees to make sure all guests can have a good time in an inviting and safe atmosphere, and an upgrade to the games...
