Elizabeth and the staff ARE GREAT

Their operations and policies on the other hand are questionable…

When I was sold on a membership at the Spa I was not notified by staff, office desk nor the esthetician that Facial Memberships WILL EXPIRE by the end of the month.

I’ve owned two salon spas before and I would have immediately picked up if they mentioned it or not… I was very disappointed to hear that the monthly facials I’ve been paying for are “Expired” I asked if I could speak to a manager 8/7 and there wasn’t any around and that they would pass my name and number to them. Neither that day or the next business day was I contacted… so I went to their new location an hour before closing and no one was there.

Having multiple businesses and seeing how this one was runned disappointed me because I do like the staff and how they treat me. What I found was unethical and just not right or do business by.

I've had terrible acne scars since I was 13 and I'm having my face resurfaced here and even after one treatment it's amazing. So I'm about 27 now and I'm just trying to look my age I'm not trying to look older and Faith was my esthetician and she was amazing we talked the whole time and laughed and it was great she was so nice and sweet and she got me through the whole process in the same day even though I didn't have it scheduled dr.
