Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Longview

This experience was my first and will be my last. From the service to the food quality. Beginning with service the young lady helping us did everything except that. She didn’t walk us through anything for our first time and just stood there staring at us while we were trying to figure things out. Told they didn’t carry chopsticks even though there was a place labeled for them. Even overheard they didn’t have soy sauce for a to go order only to see several bottles at the tables. Now in to the food. Over 50$ for myself, my partner, and child. Which wouldn’t be so terrible if the food was worth it. Undercooked vegetables, overcooked noodles, the “steak”(more like wet beef jerky) and the egg rolls practically cold in the middle. The Chinese food in the mall is better and half the price!! Not only was it terrible then it was even worse an hour later when I couldn’t even keep it down. Saw others complain about food positing and well it’s that just just terrible food that the body just refuses to keep. I typically don’t do reviews like these but it was just so ridiculous. Friendly service right when you walk in. The staff seemed really eager to please. The franchise owner/manager was there overseeing the operation, I imagine because it's new. The drink machine ice output is very difficult to get ice out properly. I had to help another customer get ice, but that's minor. The music variety is nice and current but it does have the profanities in it so this may not be the most kid friendly lol. Tiny bit loud but minor. They cook your food fresh each order so this isn't fast food but the food is healthy and reasonably priced. I ordered spicy chicken with just veggies and with a drink and tax was $12.32. Very flavorful and fresh. From order to finish it took 9 mins to get my food. So delicious. Very impressed. I will be...

Showed up in a group of 3 around 8PM-ish. Was asked if it was dine in or carry out, and realized,the fact that we wanted to stay and eat inconvenienced the teller at the front. She wasn't happy about it. Placed our order and sat down. The food was placed on our table in a timely manner. I ordered the orange chicken. Rice.amd veggies. Very delicious,but I assumed the LARGE would have had more chicken portions. My wife had chicken teriyaki w/ noodles She has it was awesome. My son got chicken breast teriyaki , and...the chicken was dry, tasted way over its hold time...and was burnt. It kinda ruined the experience. We were excited to try the place.
