I just spoke to the manager at this location by the name of Ms. Cassandra or Kassandra. She was VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND A LIAR. I frequent this location as it's the only location in town. But NO MORE. I order a bucket of original chicken for 20$ for 7 pieces and 2 sides. This was the special that they offered. However, when I received my food it was crispy not original. I brought this to the clerks attention. They informed that they can cook some original but it will be 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into an HOUR!!! When I drove around to let them know that I hadn't received my food, the clerk response was " You still waiting"? So I let him know that I was. I finally went inside and got my food. The chicken look steamed. I was so upset and just frustrated so I went home. Mind you it was raining so I didn't really feel like being out in this weather. I settled my family in for the night and gathered my thoughts. I decided to contact this location to let them know about my experience. I called them and the clerk referred me to the manager. Ms. Cassandra. As I was explaining to Ms. Cassandra about my experience she abruptly interrupted me and told me that their fryer was down. I let her finish but I also let her know that she interrupted me. I wasn't done talking. The manager listened. I told her I wasn't told about the fryer and had to wait an hour. That information wasn't disclosed to me. I also let her know that I could've cooked a meal in that amount of time and I understand that the fryer was down and that they may not care. At this point in the conversation I noticed the background noise was quiet. I told her that and she became IRATE. "WELL YOU TOLD ME TO HUSH UP AND LET YOU TALK. YOU WASN'T FINISHED SO I SHUT UP AND LET YOU".
She was so unprofessional and seemed mad, annoyed and just RUDE!!! I asked her "Why are you mad Ms. Cassandra".
She then said she wasn't. At this point in the conversation I told her I was calling before I left a Google review. She told me she wasn't rude and that I was. I was rude for saying she was rude. She then hung up in my face. So now all the social media outlets will hear from me. Luckily I'm in my right frame of mind. But Ms. Cassandra, know this. If I was in my twenties I would have came back to KFC and walked you like a dog. Customer service is non existent anymore. I could understand if I called yelling and using profanity. Read moreI went in this evening to pickup an UBER order. When I arrived, they asked if I was with UBER and I acknowledged and told them them the name. They asked if Id call the customer and let them know that they were out of Cole Slaw, this was at 6:30 PM, I obliged and the customer reluctantly decided on another order of Mac and Cheese. While waiting on the order, I witnessed two cars in drive thru finally drive off. A customer in the store asked for their money back and left before even getting her food. During the wait, I could hear the employees cutting up, swearing and heard an employee tell another they were out of chicken. An older man in the store received his order and the old man asked if it was a certain kind, the female employee said no, and he responded by telling her that he had told them that he wanted this certain kind. The female employee popped back and told the man she didn't take his order and stormed to the back. While in the back, all of us in the lobby could hear her bad mouth the man the entire time. At 7:00 PM and had an employee ask if Id call my customer back and let them know that they do not have anymore original breast left but that had extra crispy thighs. I obliged again and called the customer. At 7:10 PM another lady finally got her order and she was there when I first arrived. Amongst all this waiting, a man came in and placed his order, apparently a friend of an employee as they were talking about old times and not smoking weed anymore, and received it under 5 mins. At 7:15 PM, 45 min upon my arrival, not when food order was first place, I finally received the order and was on my way. At the current level of service, lack of professionalism, unkempt lobby, litter and trash on floor throughout the kitchen; I do not recommend this KFC location. Its a shame because KFC has good food.

Read moreI’ve haven’t been to this location for a while as I didn’t like the service I had received my last time visiting but my daughter and I were hungry after her dance recital and KFC was the closest option that sounded good. We went inside and soon as I stepped through the door I could feel that the restaurant was lively and welcoming. The place was well kept and the smell of chicken was enticing. While ordering our food I let my daughter order for herself and while she was struggling to find what she wanted, the lady taking her order was overwhelming kind and patient with her, even helping her to find out what she wanted. After we had sat down to wait for our food, it’d felt like we had only been sitting there for just a few minutes before our food was brought to us fresh and hot. We ate our meal feeling safe in the atmosphere of the restaurant and I could hear the lady at the counter giving that same kindness to the other customers she’d been taking orders from. During our meal a very kind and well mannered woman came to our table, stating she was the General Manager and that she wanted to stop by our table and make sure our food was to our liking. She spoke with a kind and caring tone and made me feel even more welcomed than before. I told her that the service was truly impressive and explained that I’d been to the same establishment a while back and did not receive this same outstanding service at that time. She showed her empathy, telling me she was so sorry about my past experience and that she was so glad to hear that her family over at the KFC were able to create a new and enjoyable experience for my visit this time over.
