Will not stand behind the products they are selling and will not listen to the customer's complaints. Told us to go to the product company to complain, wouldn't hear me out and hung up on me. I was not cussing at her or yelling at her, she didn't want to listen and kept insisting there are no refunds per their signs, she didn't care what I had to say. She refused to take any responsibility for or attempt to assist to make right for a cartridge that exploded while using - NOT user error! It literally exploded! In over 15 years, I have never seen that happen. She kept telling me that they have a no refund policy and that was final and that we needed to try to get a refund from the company that made the product. I was TRYING to get a word in (literally trying to tell her to stop so I could talk) to tell her that I understood a no refund policy for standard things like "I didn't like it", etc., makes perfect sense, but at some point you have to take responsibility for the product you are selling and make it right with the customer, but she refused to even listen and just wanted to keep saying no refunds, it is on our signs, no refunds, we are done talking and hung up on me. We were very good customers until today. We will never go back here after being treated like this. She wouldn't even listen, she had her own agenda and didn't want to hear anything at all. The first gentleman was nice and tried to assist, the manager was rude and argumentative and would not listen at all, just wanted to keep repeating no refunds, no refunds. Fine. No sales. No sales. We are done with your business now. Not that it will hurt you at all, but please LISTEN and talk to your clients instead of just saying no refunds, no refunds! Not a good...
Read moreSo went in for first time was working with an associate/Bud tender when another bud tender walked up and said we are kinda busy so if you don't mind stepping aside so he can help someone else. Now I had just made a purchase and was looking at another and asking about the CBD/THC content of my next purchase. Though in disbelief I said sure I asked the guy I was working with if I could speak with the manager I was told it would be a minute so I said no problem. Ten minutes later a kid comes out and I'm the acting manager I asked him if I could wait for the manager (here is the response) speaking with them is not gonna happen, so we can just deal with it now I asked if we could talk outside (no I'm not going to do that) I said you don't really want these customers to hear negative comments he said (if you want I will just 86 you now ). I just spent $80.00 and was about to spend $210.00 more so I told him oh no need to be 86ed you just won't get anymore business from me. Now I realize I'm a drop in the bucket however I have no problem sharing the wonderful experience with the herbal community both in person and on line this is only my first of many Post on the internet. I do realize that my business is just a drop in the bucket in the stores bottom line but really now. I would terminate anyone who spoke with with such disrespectful tone.
I drive from Chehalis for these purchases perhaps I'll try the New place opening directly across the street, take bets they wouldn't 86 someone for asking to speak to management.
There's more to come.......
If the owner wants to speak with me about this incident I'll be happy to speak with one of them since one of the Vancouver stores told me the have no way to get in touch with...

like the Walmart of weed in terms of its business model, or maybe more like the TJMaxx/Marshalls/Ross/Grocery Outlet of weed, because they pretty much only stock brands that they can get a really good deal on by buying in bulk. This means that the selection isn't very curated, you kind of just get what is there. The sale days used to be extremely epic and they still are pretty good for some brands that still participate. over the years they have had some issues with their menu not being updated given that they have two different systems for displaying their inventory online, one with the online ordering system and the other with their paper menu which as far as I can tell is a big spreadsheet that gets updated daily usually but recently has not been updated as often which means you need to select a couple of backup products in case they don't have what you want. if you know what you like or have worked in industry before then you will appreciate the wide variety of products they carry and the value they represent. it is kind of a DIY experience in my opinion because even though the bud tenders are pretty knowledgeable in general, the recommendations will usually be for something more crowd pleasing which is exactly the same situation as asking for a recommendation off a beer tap list or wine list or even list of coffees at a specialty shop, so it's not unusual. But if you're a connoisseur then you probably will be able to figure out something to enjoy here. Its the only shop in town that reliably carries cheap RSO, same with the best prices on edibles in town. Greener Daze and its former iterations are a real Longview institution at this point. Highly recommend...
