In October of 2016, I spent $120 on MOLDY CANNABIS from this shop. MOLDY, BLATANT AND OBVIOUS. What do they do? Offer me a 50% off discount on the LOWEST grade bud they had in stock!(pictures below of the moldy cannabis, a strain called Oregon Diesel from Black Dog Acre's LLC) Now, In December of 2016, they're selling OUTDOOR cannabis, and labeling it as INDOOR! NOT ONLY ARE THEY SHADY, LYING PIECES OF TRASH. THEY'RE VIOLATING U.S LAW! False Advertisement should be taken seriously, and these people falsely advertise OUTDOOR pot as INDOOR, then later on, they RELOCATE the weed from the INDOOR menu to the OUTDOOR menu! JUST TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA BY SAYING IT'S INDOOR! Stay AWAY from this store! This particular strain I'm talking about being sold as Indoor was Cheese grown by Agrijuana that tested at 16.6% selling in 7 grams each bag. They will rip you off any chance they get! Also, the owner leaves his own reviews for all his stores to up the rating, and even starts fake accounts to add more reviews! Hilarious. He even went out of his way to come on here and call me out. Pathetic. Adam Hamide is the owner, by the way, which you can see he left a comment on here. Even funnier, he trashes and leaves one star ratings for tons of local businesses in the town he operates! Gonna have to give the health department/liquor board a call for him.

I visited the shop while I waited for my ride. I was very curious as to what they sell and wanted to see the different types of products they have to offer for aches and pains. I could see people were helping the customers that were already in the store but I couldn't figure out how they operated when it came to serving the next customer. I was hanging around a few minutes as i observed. I then heard a guy yell out something like the next customer? No one responded and we had eye contact and I walked over to him. I asked fue man a few questions and then I asked him his name. Ryan was very helpful. Overall, on my first visir, Ryan was kind and patient with my new adventure seeking pain relief. To be honest, the "young workers" seemed to be ignoring me and seemed standoffish because the whole time I was standing there nobody said one word. Busy or not, you, CSR need to acknowledge people that walk in. That was what took place when I first walked in. If you work in customer service, the least you can do is: "Acknowledge" newcomers and make them feel welcome. I plan to visit other similar locations and make my purchase elsewhere. The store makes bank, so it's not like they'll be missing out on my chump change. I will continue my research. The product I inquired of is of good value!

The menu STILL shows gems n juice at the top there and the only reason we waited to buy from Longview is bc it was 92.95 but we got screwed and stuck with 87.99 TERP SUGAR. The manager tried to trick us by saying that what we were sold was gems n juice but then tried to cover himself by describing the minor differences between the products when WE know the difference!! Probably won't go back after our experience. Disappointed and shocked. Better quality & service in Vancouver.

Will not stand behind the products they are selling and will not listen to the customer's complaints. Told us to go to the product company to complain, wouldn't hear me out and hung up on me. I was not cussing at her or yelling at her, she didn't want to listen and kept insisting there are no refunds per their signs, she didn't care what I had to say. She refused to take any responsibility for or attempt to assist to make right for a cartridge that exploded while using - NOT user error! It literally exploded! In over 15 years, I have never seen that happen. She kept telling me that they have a no refund policy and that was final and that we needed to try to get a refund from the company that made the product. I was TRYING to get a word in (literally trying to tell her to stop so I could talk) to tell her that I understood a no refund policy for standard things like "I didn't like it", etc., makes perfect sense, but at some point you have to take responsibility for the product you are selling and make it right with the customer, but she refused to even listen and just wanted to keep saying no refunds, it is on our signs, no refunds, we are done talking and hung up on me. We were very good customers until today. We will never go back here after being treated like this. She wouldn't even listen, she had her own agenda and didn't want to hear anything at all. The first gentleman was nice and tried to assist, the manager was rude and argumentative and would not listen at all, just wanted to keep repeating no refunds, no refunds. Fine. No sales. No sales. We are done with your business now. Not that it will hurt you at all, but please LISTEN and talk to your clients instead of just saying no refunds, no refunds! Not a good...

So went in for first time was working with an associate/Bud tender when another bud tender walked up and said we are kinda busy so if you don't mind stepping aside so he can help someone else. Now I had just made a purchase and was looking at another and asking about the CBD/THC content of my next purchase. Though in disbelief I said sure I asked the guy I was working with if I could speak with the manager I was told it would be a minute so I said no problem. Ten minutes later a kid comes out and I'm the acting manager I asked him if I could wait for the manager (here is the response) speaking with them is not gonna happen, so we can just deal with it now I asked if we could talk outside (no I'm not going to do that) I said you don't really want these customers to hear negative comments he said (if you want I will just 86 you now ). I just spent $80.00 and was about to spend $210.00 more so I told him oh no need to be 86ed you just won't get anymore business from me. Now I realize I'm a drop in the bucket however I have no problem sharing the wonderful experience with the herbal community both in person and on line this is only my first of many Post on the internet. I do realize that my business is just a drop in the bucket in the stores bottom line but really now. I would terminate anyone who spoke with with such disrespectful tone.

I drive from Chehalis for these purchases perhaps I'll try the New place opening directly across the street, take bets they wouldn't 86 someone for asking to speak to management.

There's more to come.......

If the owner wants to speak with me about this incident I'll be happy to speak with one of them since one of the Vancouver stores told me the have no way to get in touch with...

edit: Lily was very helpful.

like the Walmart of weed in terms of its business model, or maybe more like the TJMaxx/Marshalls/Ross/Grocery Outlet of weed, because they pretty much only stock brands that they can get a really good deal on by buying in bulk. This means that the selection isn't very curated, you kind of just get what is there. The sale days used to be extremely epic and they still are pretty good for some brands that still participate. over the years they have had some issues with their menu not being updated given that they have two different systems for displaying their inventory online, one with the online ordering system and the other with their paper menu which as far as I can tell is a big spreadsheet that gets updated daily usually but recently has not been updated as often which means you need to select a couple of backup products in case they don't have what you want. if you know what you like or have worked in industry before then you will appreciate the wide variety of products they carry and the value they represent. it is kind of a DIY experience in my opinion because even though the bud tenders are pretty knowledgeable in general, the recommendations will usually be for something more crowd pleasing which is exactly the same situation as asking for a recommendation off a beer tap list or wine list or even list of coffees at a specialty shop, so it's not unusual. But if you're a connoisseur then you probably will be able to figure out something to enjoy here. Its the only shop in town that reliably carries cheap RSO, same with the best prices on edibles in town. Greener Daze and its former iterations are a real Longview institution at this point. Highly recommend...
