I would put zero stars, but I can't. I took my clothes out of the dryer as soon as it was done and they are not even hot and most of it has damp spots. I always have the same blankets, sheets, pants, and etc. I am exhausted so I didn't realize until I was going to fold them that they weren't completely dry or even warm like usual. The ladies here are brushing it off and basically saying that I didn't do it right. I always have it on low and I always do 50 to 60 minutes. They are refusing to help fix it, made me sign a customer claim, and are very rude. Especially the gal approx in her 40's or so with short brown hair. She was passive aggressively trying to argue with me. I kept getting looks from the girls especially her like they were judging me and I would know I was bullied my whole life. I was practically in tears because of her and they didn't apologize to me. Dryer #4 obviously wasn't drying right and she tried so hard to make it seem like it was nothing and not validating my feelings whatsoever. They also, leave clothes on folding tables that could be used by customers to fold their laundry. Oh, and if you are struggling with two laundry baskets they don't offer to help and pretend you're not there. I've thrown my back out twice, had knee reconstruction surgery, and I'm always in pain because of arthritis and nobody helps me there. The ladies don't even say hi when my mom and I come in, but they sure know how to say goodbye. Talk about a waste of my time and money. The only person who is nice and helpful is Amber and she makes me feel welcome, but the others girls are the complete opposite. Also, the skinny blonde that wears tight pants was making awfully ugly faces at my mom while she was folding clothes and she saw it in her peferial vision and when she turned her head to look at her she immediately looked away. The girls fold clothes ridiculously slow like sloths and will have you standing at the counter for a few minutes before they help you. About 2 months ago I was waiting on my laundry to be done in the big dryer and I was there early and saw it would be like 6 minutes so I ran to Rite Aid window to pick up my mom's medicine and I was literally 3 minutes late. None of them told me where my laundry was and none would admit they took them out. I searched around and found the cart by the counter and they used the big dryer I had my clothes in. Yet, the place wasn't packed full at all. There were many dryers to use especially 2 bottom bigger ones. I can't believe how I've...

Part of me wants to recommend Twin City Laundry and the other part of me doesn’t.
The part that doesn’t is the selfish part because the more people that go here, the fewer machines will be available.
The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see great customer service.
I typically do laundry here once a week. The machines are a little more pricey than what you might pay at your apartment or at other facilities, but you get what you pay for. I usually have a few loads that I can wash and dry in a single load. If you separate your clothes, it will be more expensive. However, doing multiple loads together could be less expensive than multiple single loads elsewhere.
The staff is always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. They will assist in bringing in laundry or taking it out. They will also ensure you are using the appropriate size machines so you’re not spending more than is necessary.
I’ve only used their wash and fold service one time but I was extremely impressed. I was given an estimated time of 4 hours, but my clothes weren’t finished for about 6 hours. I understand that it was just an estimate and there are other customers besides myself. It was no big deal and they sent me a text when they were ready.
Their process was simple, they gave me a couple bags to load my laundry in for weighing, I paid, and left. They provided all necessary soaps, softeners, etc. You pay up front with the opportunity to tip with your payment. I tipped with my payment, but prefer to do it after I receive service so I can tip accordingly. They earned every bit of their tip.
When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded and sorted. They even separated my daughter’s clothes from mine. I was extremely impressed with the folding and presentation of my laundry.
The wash and fold service can be a little pricey, but if you can afford it or need the service now and then, I highly recommend it. It almost felt like I was getting packages of new clothes.
Overall, I do highly recommend Twin City Laundry and they will continue to receive my business as long...
Read moreChanging my review after being a weekly customer for over a year! The staff is always kind and helpful minus a couple employees. Moreover I had been having an issue with my clothes (new clothes, never worn) coming out with deposits on them, when I told the staff I was treated like a liar. The only thing I was doing differently was using white vinegar, I stopped using it today and will see how it goes. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and o recommend going elsewhere if at all possible!! Greedy people and rude employees do not help the laundromat experience. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING that after a year of coming here and having good interactions TJ and her boss threw it all away and treated me like a common criminal trying to what, get free laundry service??? I never even asked for money back for the ruined clothes or messed up washers/dryers, ABSURD! Go elsewhere! Hilarious, that you say we “spoke” you spoke at me, I did not get a word in edge wise. And Ma’am you are obviously out of the loop as I wouldn’t have come here for over a year if I had a “problem every time”. Please do not embellish untruths to make yourself and your poor establishment sound better. I think it’s best you take some business education courses and educate your staff on customer service as there is obviously a major disconnect here. I wish you the karama you all have coming and...
