My friend and I recently visited the store. We spent our day at the mall finding a concert outfit. I purchased some items from Windsor and went on to find another outfit elsewhere. When returning to Windsor to return my items the manager and employee were nothing working the register. The manager took my bag and said that the hat that I bought less than an hour ago couldn’t be returned. I’ve read the policy and nowhere does it say hats cannot be returned. But quickly as she said that the manager then ran to the back to let her employee deal with it. I stood there quietly and allowed the lady, “April” to exchange the certain other items that were deemed acceptable. Because if it’s company policy then who am I to argue, right? Natalie was extremely helpful with picking out styles that might fit my daughter, putting away the dresses my daughter decided she did not want, and processing a return we had from online.
