I scheduled an appointment for Rx refills, wound with infection, swelling and rash on arms and legs and some recommendations for pain control. CRNP-Family practice. Surgical consult and dermatologist consult ordered. Antibiotic ordered with minimal relief. Asked for reorder-Denied without further explanation. Surgeon-MD. Consult done with biopsy preformed. Discussed options. I told him I was refusing surgery. I was called with biopsy results and I still refused surgery. Consult had been placed with plastic surgeon which I refused when called to make appointment. Nothing was offered to help pain or infection which remain unresolved. 3.Dermatologist -MD. Consult done. Discussed plan of care and biopsy findings. Kenalog ordered and consultation to hematology oncologist. Kenalog has been working for rash and swelling. No recommendations for pain or infection. PET scan ordered. Hematology oncologist-Consult done. Options discussed. Opted for Keytura infusion with bloodwork and infusion appt made. Still no recommendations for pain control or resolving infection. Consult made to oncology radiologist . Oncology radiologist. Consult done with review of what was discussed during my case study. Reviewed option for radiation and agree with plan to reserve radiation for last resort. Still no recommendations to control pain or infection. The medical staff have all been very respectful and explained their plans thoroughly. Having worked in the medical field, I was taught comfort was a high priority. Resolving the infection in my wound would help reduce the pain and increase my healing . I don't understand why pain and infection are being ignored since I told all the Drs and RNP my needs. I feel like I was passed around to get money from me or insurance instead of truly...

I have had many Dr. appointments, blood work ,iron infusions,tests, surgeries and physical therapy done here. And each and every time I have been here it has been an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! St. Luke's makes all your experiences so easy as they do all the foot work for you! And the surgeons have been AMAZING! God Bless them! So kind and patient with you! And I have had quite a few !! And the therapist in physical therapy OMG THEY ARE ALL LIKE MY FAMILY!! They know so much about their feild it blew my mind! It's the first time I look forward to going to PT lol! I put my trust in St Luke's and when it comes to your health it's not easy!! But this one was easy for me! I hope I hoped these helped you but remember you have to trust what feels right for YOU! My experience with St. Luke's Lab Services in Phillipsburg has been terriffic over the past 3-4 years. HOWEVER, nearly every other experience within the St.Luke's Healthcare Network has been. ABYSMAL; especially when it comes to having to deal deal with hourly staff members and office personnel. Generally speaking, the entire organization seems oriented more toward "profit-taking" than "care-giving."

Bottom line: Don't believe any of the self-adulation propaganda that you're forced to listen to while ON HOLD whenever you attempt to accomplish anything via a perso-to-person phone call. And expect to have your...
