My wife and I walked into the Los Altos store as our first stop looking into re-carpeting the upstairs of our house and were fortunate enough to meet Jay Goodrich. What a gem! Jay gave us plenty of room to browse and talk over our preferences, then answered questions and made suggestions based on what we wanted, that lead us to what turned out to be a great choice of carpet style, color and price. He really went out of his way to find us the best deal that met our needs. He promised a seamless (excuse the pun) installation process and it was. The crew was amazingly efficient, removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet with minimal disruption. It looks great.
