Terrible Manager Attitude and Unexpected Additional Charges
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jack in the Box located at this location. Arriving at the window, I was met by a so-called manager named Jacqueline or Yaquelin, who demonstrated an unacceptable attitude towards customers.
I tried to give a recommendation as a customer by pointing out that lately they have been charging me an extra 55 cents for each packet of ranch sauce, something that I had not been told before I paid for my order. I suggest asking customers if they want to add extra ranch sauce before you charge them to avoid unpleasant surprises when you get the bill. However, instead of addressing my suggestion in a professional manner, the manager responded in an arrogant manner, saying that it wasn't bothersome to them, and she immediately closed the window.
The manager's attitude towards customers is unacceptable and leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the way this establishment is run. As a manager, you are expected to treat customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of any disagreements. I do not deserve to be treated with contempt after having chosen to spend my money at your establishment.
To resolve this situation, I decided to pull over and speak directly to the manager about my concern. However, when she realized that I was recording her with my phone to have evidence of her disrespectful attitude, she was ready to deny the facts and the way she responded to my suggestion. This is totally unacceptable and shows a lack of respect towards customers.
I would like to emphasize that no customer should go through a situation of disrespect of this magnitude by any employee of the establishment. As a manager, you are expected to treat customers courteously, professionally, and respectfully, regardless of the circumstances.
I would highly recommend Jack in the Box management to take steps to address the lack of professionalism of their staff. It is essential that they provide quality customer service and know how to handle suggestions respectfully. I hope they take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience...

hi, it's raining and I ordered through the application. they told me my food is not ready and they want me to go park in the parking lot and come in side instead of the drive thru. I came to use the drive through not to walk inside they are trying to fix the score on the computer to make it look like they did it fast but when they really didn't do it at all. they are faking your timing system for the drive thru orders and extending the wait time in person and hiding it on the computer. Read moreThis store is very dated and the staff had a hard time understanding us. There was trash around the store and the tables were carved into.
The store is also very small. So small that you can't even pour your own drinks. The food is what should be expected from fast food.
My medium drink came out the size of a cocktail. I really didn't expect that.
We also got interrupted during our order so the cashier could do something in the back and then take an order from the drive through window.
