This place is amazing! I live in West LA, super close to the nail salon, but I usually have to drive far out, like in Pasadena, to go to a decent nail salon. I am so happy to have found a nail salon so close to me where the nail technicians are highly attentive, super friendly, and patient. Even though there was someone who walked in without an appointment, and was waiting a while, the nail tech really took his time with my mother, and did not rush. My mother and I came here, and it was great, we both got pedicures and gel X extensions. I will definitely become a regular here, which I have not really done at other nail salons, because I was usually disappointed. I definitely recommend this salon!

Disappointed within a weeks time of getting dip my nails began to chip, crack and broke. You can see along the sides it’s starting to lift. When I called and asked if they would fix it they said I have to pay to get my nails done again. I went a month ago here and my nails turned out fine. I had another technician a man do my nails and within a week this happens. Dips last for a good month, 3 weeks the earliest you may have to get a touch up. I’ve been getting dip for 8 years and never had this happen. As a new customer what’s worse they didn’t even want to fix it!

I am a little frustrated. I like to go to this place because it is a lot more affordable than other places I have gone to in the past. They do a pretty good job at attending to you and doing a gel builder. However, the designs have not been good every time I’m disappointed. I ended up spending two hours there and left with just a nude color. Came home and found that my nails were not shaped evenly so it was very frustrating. I ended up paying 75 where I lost time and wasn’t what I was looking for two different things that they were not able to do due to not having the right colors which was very frustrating. If you’re looking for something simple I think you might be able to get away with going to this place but if you’re looking for something a little bit more complex with a design I would look elsewhere and spend the...

LEFT HATING MY NAILS AND ALL CUT UP! I’ve gone here a couple times and always had a good experience until yesterday. Went in for a gel manicure, the manicurist talked me into getting dip (already a bad thing to do should have seen that as a sign). Little did I know he had no experience doing dip. He sliced my fingers three times while filing them down where my fingers were ACTUALLY BLEEDING. Then proceeded to say “no pain no gain right”. Are you kidding me? They ended up being totally uneven and he kept messing up so he kept redoing them. This all should have taken an hour tops took over an hour and a half. One of his nails was totally exposed and grossed me out the whole time, could barely even watch him do my nails. Overall, I’m really unhappy with my nails and my new painful cuts. Will not be...

I went to this place specifically for the prices. the website says $60 for a gel X extension manicure. I went to pay and it costed 80$… I wish they had told me it was 20$ EXTRA for French tip. That’s honestly ridiculous I wouldn’t have gotten French tip had I known that. The manicure was honestly lackluster and nothing special... the French tip wasn’t even straight. the business just seemed a little shady to begin with, with their super cheap prices . the actual salon had a weird vibe. I overheard some of the workers trying to convince a client to just get a pedicure to the point where she couldn’t feel like she could say no. 20 extra dollars that wasn’t mentioned to me is pretty crazy, especially when I could’ve went somewhere and gotten it cheaper and it...
