I’ve visited the Beverly Hills location in person on south Beverly drive and loved it. This time I got the lemon chicken plate doordashed from their wilshire blvd location and it came warm still so that was a plus. I did ask for brown rice and I think they gave me regular rice so hence the four stars.. and I also wish on DoorDash they had an option of ‘no dressing in salad’ because each dish comes with a side salad but I feel like they overdo the dressing and it was heavy. Would’ve preferred it clean without dressing. Overall it was a hearty meals and prices aren’t bad for the portion sizes. I can definitely split this into two different meals. I went inside last week and made an order with the chubby middle eastern man and he told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes had gone by and tells me another couple minutes. 30 minutes later by order was ready and went back to my office to have lunch. The chicken was so rubbery and salty I called the restaurant and the man who took my order answered. I told him the chicken is inedible and he told me that it isn't and nobody else has complained and refused to either replace it or give me a refund stating many people make things up to get free food. I said free food? I took one bite and will return it and then he had the nerve to say I was a troublemaker and next time order from somewhere else!
