Update: As I was encouraged to update my review - after having to reach out to the doctor directly, who looped in the practice, I am I now in touch with the practice to rectify this issue. I was assured that the false claims would be revoked two days ago, and yet, nothing has been done to remedy the situation.

Please do NOT make an appointment or visit this practice under any circumstances. This practice filed five (5) false claims on my behalf, totaling up to almost $2K for services that were never rendered, as I did not go to my appointment. I spoke with someone in the office who assured me that it was a mistake from a new AI system they were using, and they would void the claims with my insurance company. It has now been two weeks and my insurance has not been contacted. I called the office again today and was told that I am now going to be charged a $195 cancellation fee as a policy of Zodoc, and that they were not going to void the false claims they submitted until I paid that fee. I found out, only after tracking down the doctor, that she does not, and has never seen patients at this practice. I found the Home Sleep Center after several unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment with the UCLA sleep center my cardiologist referred me to. I just did a simple Google search. I was very quickly and easily able to get an appointment and have my sleep study done thanks to Olly, the sleep study specialist at the Home Sleep Center. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the process. My study was done in the comfort of my home which I was quite pleased about. I knew my results would be more accurate by having it done in a familiar setting. The study showed I had moderate sleep apnea. Olly expertly guided me and assisted me with obtaining my cpap machine through Apria Health Center who were also very knowledgeable as well as patient in educating me and continue to be so. I am going into my 3rd month using the cpap machine and have noticed an improved quality and quantity of my sleep overall. I am confident it will improve over time, thus improving my overall health and well- being. I'm so happy that I found the Home Sleep Center. DO NOT GO HERE! Over a year ago I went here and since then they've charged me over $200 for treatments I NEVER received. And when emailed about it they told me that it was a result of them using ai to handle their billing now.

As far as I know the issue hasn't been corrected because all of the false claims submitted by this sleep center are in my insurance claims still and they've since stopped responding to me.

EDIT: I've since received phone calls from home sleep center trying to make amends and they've said that they've corrected the error on their end, but my insurance still has not shown me any corrections to the claims they have submitted, including any refunds, and my insurance says that they are completely hands off on this and that home sleep center is the party that must correct their side.
