PETSTAURANT — Local services in Los Angeles

They are not handling the frozen food properly. It is often half thawed when I pick it out of their freezer, which makes me concerned for the safety of my pet.

They are the only store that carries my brand in the area since the Santa Monica Blvd Healthy Spot shut down. That brand has multiple varieties that are either more affordable or high end (expensive). They consistently only carry the high end one and have told me multiple times when I ask that they are "out of stock" of the affordable variety. It seems they are no longer ordering it because it has remained out of stock for months. Also, sticker prices often do not match ring up price and they do not adjust to match when addressed at check out.

I generally believe in supporting small businesses even if they are not perfect, but they seem to treat their employees poorly, too. Over the summer, the AC broke in the store for multiple weeks. It seemed unsafe for employees to still be in store without any relief.

Great place to get human grade pet food and speciality diet for pet. Marc help me with Sadie’s kidney issue the last 3 years.... save me vet bills (10k over 6 months was spend on her surgeries but the problem came back before meeting marc in 2017) and most importantly keep my Sadie healthy and safe. Plus save me from lots of heartache and tears.

Sadie is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. At age 5, 36 pounds. With kidney and bladder stones problem and had two major surgery already. Now She never look better at age 8 (24 pounds). Crystal free. Pain free. people thought she is a puppy!

Vet these days only advice is giving my dog antibiotics. For everything! My Sadie ended up have resistance to most major antibiotics before seeing Marc.

Love the Petstaurant! My wife and I have been coming Here for Years back when Mark was in the Valley. Brandon was very helpful and even hooked me and Lilo up with some great treats!! Please do yourself a favor and bring your pup in here before seeking medical attention from a Vet. Mark is a Miracle worker forsure, my alaskan Klee Kai mix is a 17 year old that is still full of appetite and full of life!
