7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and this time I came at night and it was truly a terrible experience. One of the guys working, who I assume is the night shift leader had a terrible attitude and behaved incredibly unprofessionally. I came to return a charger because it didn’t fit and I followed the return policy and did everything correctly. He asked for my receipt, which I gave him and then once I did he said that he can’t refund me because if he does the money will be short. This is not the return policy, he didn’t follow the rules. The employees here are very friendly but the manager is very unnecessarily rude and seems racist towards my kind. She has lied on my name and other family members/Pakistanis in general have told me that they have come to this 7 Eleven and been falsely accused of either stealing, asking people for money outside or doing drugs on the property, or something else of that low nature. They don't have sleeves For hot coffee cups. The dispenser/drawer with small creamer and flavor cups is filthy and held together with electric tape. I asked for a bag after spending $11 on two coffees and donuts. The Indian cashier lady wanted $. 20 cents.
