7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

The store recently has gone through some changes- I had to ask for the paper and the bags for the donuts and I was given a plastic glove and a couple paper bag like things for hot dogs I guess (I'm not really sure what they are used for honestly) , but it wasn't effective at holding my eclair length maple log or turnover which both were problematic later. Then I buy 2 liter sodas from there regularly but there were none to be seen this time so I asked for them and the guy was just like "over there", so I went and looked and found like 3 2 liters all 1 kind though, so I asked to make sure they didn't have a stock up in "the back" basically and I was told no I could come back on the weekend and this was Monday. Really? I was then told that there was only like 1 of the actual kind I had wanted in the back by the other employee. So I said well that's great that's what I wanted, and the one employee told the other not to sell it to me because it was maybe for another employee who put it to the side or something for themselves and then lectured on how the 2 different sodas were the same thing anyways and that I really couldn't tell a difference between the 2. OK, but that's not the point and not true either. And also, so I couldn't purchase something at "the store" bc it may or may not be being saved for an employee who wasn't even there at the time and who probably would have gotten it on their last shift before leaving. I walked in to this 711, I made my coffee as I normally get coffee at 711. First time at this location. The employee was on the phone and irrate. He said $2.39. I stated the sign in your window states that your coffee is 99 cents. He said NO! Then used his hands as if I was a dog and signaled me to leave while saying "you leave" then goes back to his phone call. I stated you have a sign stating 99 cents, he said NO we don't! Get out of my store, I then took a photo of the sign and showed him. He said I don't Care! Get out of my store. I said where is your manager and he gave me his phone, the manager said coffee is 2.39. I reminded him of his sign. He said we do not honor the sign and to give the phone back. Then the employee yelled at me to get out of his store. I am a veteran and a Christian. I do not drink let alone smoke. I simply came for coffee. It's sad that they would be this rude for no apparent reason. I reported them. I suggest you not shop here. Poor...

They don't uphold 7 eleven deals or anything 7/eleven. Many different times we've gone they are completely out of all cups. They should not even be called 7 eleven if they are not going honor what 7 eleven is all about. They claim they don't do the app because their scanner is broken which I guess is fine but it seems like it's always something broken from the machines to being completely out of fountain drinks and the guy who cooks the 7 eleven entries aways plays dumb about understanding what you want and pretends the language barrier is to hard for him to understand till the point you just get frustrated and disappointed and just leave empty handed.
