I do not recommend contacting this landlord. my family and I looked through the apartment, agreed to submit an application, paid the cost of consideration, indicating the date of check-in. after the payment, the manager disappeared from communication, stopped picking up the phone and answering calls and texts. The application was not approved by the manager, and a refusal response was also not received. the check-in date is overdue, the money has not been refunded. a completely fraudulent scheme...

Been living here for a few now and it's a pretty cool place. Larry's mom Lisa is such a great person. Shes so nice and helps keep the Apartments and lobby looking clean. One of the floors does have this bad smell. I'm pretty sure the person living in that Apartment is Someone named Charlie? Some people did move in just a few days ago, a dad and son both blue haired (not something you see everyday) they look like lovely people. I would also make sure to ask Mr. Addison...

I quite enjoy it here! Addison is very lovely and he makes tea for the residents! I personally dont like the stuff has a odd smell but Charlie in room 203 loves it. He is kinna creepy but ok I guess. Lisa is absolutely lovely and always doing her job! The place would fall apart without her!! And there is a tenant that has just recently moved in, he wears a mask.
