Do not order delivery you will not get what is expected when you ask them to fix the order if you dare to after an hour and a half post review something should show up in 20 minutes. They block your phone calls and badmouth you even when they know, their staff is completely 1000% wrong if you want to be treated like a worthless human being and completely disregarded about your money you’re paying them or anything else go ahead and order from them otherwise there are much better places with the same prices to order from. They don’t deserve this community business any longer I ordered Spaghetti with meatballs, chicken, Caesar salad, and a piece of pineapple. The spaghetti with meatballs came as Angel hair pasta, which they insist with spaghetti, even after shown photos and several conversations and the first chicken Caesar salad I got sent was a side salad no chicken and tomatoes. Only thing that was right was the pizza When I called the owner came to the phone. She said she’ll get it fixed right away when her delivery person showed up, he only had my chicken Caesar salad no pasta insisted the only pasta they had was the angel hair when I called. I got told they had angel hair penne, and something else. I can’t remember she insisted the owner That the angel hair is always have was served. I said on the menu it says spaghetti and meatballs I insisted several times she said she would be resending fettuccine and meatballs, but she said they’ve only ever served it with Angel hair and meatballs even though it says spaghetti meatballs guess what I went through their photos. I found several that actually has spaghetti meatballs, not angel hair and meatballs so it’s under lies, or doesn’t even understand the difference between basic spaghetti that most of us all know posting some photos of what I got but watch out this owner likes to get even with people I will be and have contacted all of the delivery agencies they work with and I’m telling them what has happened And that they should be removed in your delivery service because they unreliable and people who like to get even don’t go here don’t order here. I’ve live in Sherman Oaks over 45 years. Guess what this business has been around that long and they don’t deserve what they get any longer...

THE ITALIAN SUB WAS AS DISAPPOINTING AS MY LAST MARRIAGE... I had a hankering for an Italian Sub. I was on my way to the popular sandwich chain (let's just call it East Coast Michael's), to purchase my favorite Italian sandwich. Then I saw Prime Italian and decided to support the independent business. I walked in and the place empty, except for the worker who was watching television. I ordered the Italian Sub Sandwich ToGo. When I unwrapped the sandwich, my stomach turned with disappointment. I did not get what consider an Italian Sub! What I got was a cold cut sandwich with a thin layer of ham, thin layer of salami, thin slice of provolone, lettuce and tomato on a large French roll. I'm glad I asked for Italian dressing instead of mayo. The sandwich was very large. (That's why I gave 2 stars). I'm use to Italian Subs to include the following: salami, capicola, Ham, provolone, thinly sliced onion, lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini's and Italian vinaigrette. The photos of food in the menu, looked delicious and the pizza in oven smelled good! (Maybe the workers just don't know how to make a good Italian sub sandwich.) I'll give this place another chance (like I gave my ex husband) and...
