I am a repeating customer of this location, I have gone here several times in the past 3 weeks. Today I go in and there’s a couple of familiar faces but not the lady manager or young boy who usually takes my order. But I’ve seen these employees before and I order the exact same thing every time. So I thought today would be like any other day. I was wrong.
Today I was met with a very passive aggressive attitude and unpleasant energy from the two women when I asked them to remake my drink because it wasn’t done correct. First they stared at me like I was crazy because I told them it was suppose to be a green color.
IT WAS ORANGE.
(After realizing the girl who took the order messed up in the first place, it all made sense but that wasn’t until later)…
in the meantime before I realized that, I asked them to remake it, so after the first girls messed up, another girl decided to make it. And then she messed it up (the one who took the order initially)
so when I told Her it’s still not how it’s suppose to be
she literally said “OK WHATS WRONG WITH IT NOW?
all I can think at this point is …so I’m the problem for asking you to remake the order correctly.. because you messed up and forgot to add an ingredient in the first place. Got it
So I asked her if she could remake it again after I showed her a picture of what I got yesterday. Again with the passive aggressiveness, she says… “but you dont have anything green in it” .. I said but I ordered it with spinach..
She proceeds to grab sum spinach throw it in the juice that she just made which was not right… put it in a blender, poured it back in the cup, and then gave me the most unloving drink, experience and customer service I ever gotten from my own people.
There was No thank you…no im sorry for the inconvenience..no apology for the slip up or time wasted just standing there waiting for my order, no accountability whatsoever ever, no sense of how to treat a returning customer….Then to top it off, the first girl who messed up my drink, ended up making my everything avocado toast.. this is what I left with…..
And just like that, you’ve lost a loyal customer.
I will never go back to this location, it’s clear that they have no decorum for patrons. This is not The way you treat a returning customer, who tips, waits patiently and is always respectful and kind to the employees....
Read moreWow I've been to this location a few times and honestly used to dread it because staff normally just ignores you, but I happened to be in the area and figured I'd give it another shot, and when I tell you I had one of the most pleasurable experiences. First of all, I ont like getting the concentrated juices for my smoothies so I made sure to tell the cashier that I wanted FRESH APPLE JUICE in my smoothie, the modification was literally on the receipt. One of the young ladies there went to juice the apples while the other one just started making my drink (incorrectly) once the one who was juicing walked over and let her know that the ones she was making needed to be tossed cause they were wrong, I could see them making it correctly. Since I got two of the same smoothie they put both in the same blender, but there wasn't enough in one of the cups, so the shorter girl went to go add some stuff to make it full, but she added the apple juice from the machine (that I didn't want) :/ when I tried to correct her she ignored me, and just as I was thinking to myself "this is exactly why I don't come here" the other girl working there, Eva walked over to me and asked if I wanted a carry bag for my smoothies, I told her about the issue with my smoothie and she insisted on fixing it, I was in a rush and told her that it was fine, but she said "no, really it's fine. I can do it in less than 2 mimutes, there's nothing wrong with being particular" and just like that, she fixed my smoothie AND put them in the carry bag for me. I told her that I really appreciated a friendly face in this place, cause it could use a few. The way she treated me.just felt so nice and genuine. I think I might actually come back again, they should keep hiring more...
Read moreThe reason I give this location one star is because of the unprofessionalism of the management and how they treat their customers in the community that is spending our hard earned money. The management at this location needs to be fired Immediately, they need to start over with a new manager that is professional, and that cares about their job and pleasing the community. I have experience this manager unprofessionalism firsthand, and as a community leader, I have heard different things about this manager, treating her employees like trash and talking behind employees backs like a kid we as a community cannot have this kind of unprofessionalism, and we must get rid of the manager immediately in order for this location to survive. there is a lot of youth that work there and I wouldn't want my kids to work under this kind of unprofessionalism and it's unfair to the youth that...
