Went to check out store got a pretty you closure. I just have to be careful wearing the clip ins you could pull your hair out. Overall the quality of it was really nice. My only issue with them is that I bought bundles and was given a different color in each bundle so the deal was three bundles for 130$ bundles which happen to be all different colors not cool I get home like WTH I live in the Bay Area, don’t live in LA so it’s very inconvenient to try to go back to LA just to exchange the hair so not cool and then on top of that is $20 in taxes taxes in Southern California depending on where you are is high as hell, it was like five different taxes for one purchase I still need to exchange the hair and now no one is responding This beyond frustrates me I pretty much wasted my money be careful policy no refund or exchanges I would be cautious and make them show you the each bundle...
Read moreIm so disappointed. The hair looks fine at initial inspection. The hair I bought lost its curl pattern all over but the curl loss was almost bone straight in front. It tangles so much that I had to cut chunks out of the wefts after the first installation. This time I spend hours untangling it with my fingers daily and I'm loosing balls of hair daily even when I'm not detailing it. I belive it has plastic in it. I've had this installation in for 2 1/2 weeks and want to take it out to buy better hair. It cheaper than the other stores for a reason....
