The best place! They have everything and so reasonably priced. This place has the largest variety of anything and everything for your smoking and vaping needs.

Their prices vary from dirt cheap to high end prices for more high end pieces or gadgets. The staff is competent and friendly. And the owner is the best! He keeps his customers happy.

I have been coming here for about 12 years now and about 3 years ago I had an issue with one of their employees and an item i had purchased. The owner allowed me to return it no questions asked and let me vent to him.

And I don't see that employee there anymore either. I'm not saying that it had anything to do with my complaining just happy...

Enormous inventory with wide array of products - but most importantly, every member of the staff is fully acquainted with each item and is able to answer all questions you might have about the best way to operate and maintain the equipment. They sell something like 10 kinds of propane - how is someone supposed to know which one to buy? When I asked the question, the person who was helping me asked me a series of targeted questions that ultimately narrowed the field to exactly the right one for my needs. Everyone who works there takes the time to be friendly and helpful - and the items they sell are of good quality, sold at prices that are more than reasonable. I don't go...

I love coming to this shop specifically because the clerk's are super helpful and help me get what I need in a slightly overwhelming sea of smoking relayed product. Although the true test of service is coming soon....I have to return a Zico torch lighter that, to me, was fairly expensive ($20) and stopped sparking on the third day I had it. I come here regularly and always pay in cash but have never gotten a receipt for my purchase so I'm worried about that. Also it's hard for me to make it there as I work third shift and it's a bit of a trip for me to get there.
