These guys are the absolute best. It is like walking back in time - in the best of ways - to enter their hardware store. Ruben always greets you with a smile and no one is in a rush. More importantly, no one is trying to sell you anything you don't need.

They have often corrected me and prevented me from buying a more expensive item because it wasn't what I needed. That's what I mean about going back in time: they are genuinely here to HELP YOU. It is obvious that it is not their only goal to make money.

If Jim is around, be sure to chop it up with him as he is sure to make you laugh out loud.

I used this hardware store from 2016-2023 and then moved about 20 minutes away. When I needed a hardware store today and I wasn't sure what items I needed to purchase, I made the drive back to them because I knew they would give it to me straight. Then I realized that I had never shared the love about how great these guys are. There is also a secret parking lot in the back just for them. Like I was saying, old school all the way in the best...

Like many others, I've been on the hunt for cleaning supplies/gloves/masks/etc. I gave up after seeing the long lines and empty shelves at other stores, knowing I didn't stand a chance. I went in to get some products to deal with a plumbing issue, and after talking to a kind gentleman (wearing gloves and a protective face mask), I found out that they had:

1. all the supplies needed to fix the problem
2. a handyman on-site who could help me out
3. AND MASKS, GLOVES, BLEACH, DETERGENT, AND DISH SOAP! (WHAT?!)

What a great surprise! The staff was knowledgeable, patient with me, and helpful (I also noticed some Spanish speaking employees helping Spanish-speaking customers). Thank you for remaining open during this time and being so friendly and helpful!

10/10 - WILL SHOP HERE...

This store is much more expensive than Home Depot but because i like to support my neighborhood stores, i've been spending money here for 20 years when the original owner, the older gentleman used to work there. He gave it to his son who is also nice but the other staff guy is very rude. He never greets you; instead, he ignores you when you walk in, even when i'm trying to pay for my stuff and give him money, he purposely ignores you. I purposely started going back to HOme Depot for 3 years and spent around 15K, just because of this surly worker/ The money could have gone to Jim, the new owner. I decided to give the store another chance but the worker still is rude. I'll give another chance but i this childish behavior continues, then I'll give a lot of money...
