"Authentic Korean Eatery in Los Angeles 🇰🇷 Warm Up with Hearty Soups and Beef Dishes"

As a disclaimer, my review of this establishment and plaza has no impact on the food that the restaurant serves. I have yet to try their food. My review is based on the restaurant ownership and their predatory parking practices. Last night I visited their location and parked in their lot, which was around 70% vacant. Plenty of parking. There were signs warning of something similar to “only patrons can park here,” which is fine. It’s their business. My date and I chose to visit the coffee shop right next door to get some coffee first, since it was later in the evening and we needed an energy boost, and then stop by their restaurant to get some food that looked yummy online before going out to a bar afterward. Halfway through my 20 minute visit of the coffee shop, my server warned that my car might be towed since the plaza owners have a habit of doing so. So I walk outside to check just in case, and low and behold my car was already on a tow truck and it was driving away! I had to run down the driver, and pay $120 cash to leave my car alone. He informed me that the restaurant called him immediately to tow my car… I find it terribly disappointing that this restaurant and their parking “agents” found it necessary to call a tow truck when their lot was 70% vacant, especially considering I planned on grabbing food here anyways. Suffice it to say I will never eat at this establishment in the future, and will warn all of my friends to steer away from them. My recommendation to the management if they ever see this review is to be more kind and lenient with your parking, you never know if someone just wants coffee next door first before eating at your restaurant afterward. It makes your establishment seem stingy, vindictive, and has forever turned off this potential customer. Thanks for making me waste $120 and ruining a date night…never again.

Classic old school Korean restaurant with "I am from Korea" kind of food. It's not your Americanized, Chinese food imitation type of sweet and salty food. It's Korean-Korean style. My usual go-to is Kimchee Jjim with Sardines or Pork with thick broth. I love their Nakji Galbi Jjim (Octopus & Beef Rib Soup with White Cabbage). Their Intestine Stir Fry is solid also for drinking. I end the night with Cold Noodles to wash it all away.

Well, I’d like to have tried this restaurant but as I was sitting outside and checking the yelp reviews to see if they had the kind of food I wanted the parking lot attendant kicked me out of the parking (not at all busy) lot. So I guess I don’t get to know if the food is good. Sucks cuz I work in the area and always need new lunch...
