Car Wash 24hrs - Coin Op — Local services in Los Angeles

I had high hopes for this car wash cuz I had a triple foam spray gun and I haven't seen one of those for a long time but I mean it would have been cool if I didn't mind it charging my card $15 you know putting a hold on my car you know but I didn't want to use a card being that was kind of a shady area and you know there's some shady people standing around or whatever so I had a bunch of quarters from when I was doing laundry at the 24-hour laundromat and I went to put them in and man I'm feeding it quarters and I'm thinking it's going in but they're all jammed up in there and there was so many quarters jammed up in there and I went ahead and fished them out and I ended up you know with all my money back and then plus two dollars but it still wouldn't work you know and I mean it was cool it made two bucks but other than that I didn't get my car cleaned so I'm only giving it three stars I should...

I wanted to share a quick concern and suggestion based on my recent visit to your self-service car wash. While waiting in line along with several other vehicles, a driver cut ahead of everyone and pulled into an open stall. Unfortunately, there was no staff or signage present to manage the queue or clarify any policy about stall usage.

It created some frustration for those of us waiting our turn, and I imagine it’s not the first time this has happened. I’d really recommend posting a simple sign reminding customers to respect the line and wait their turn. Even a “First Come, First Served” notice would help prevent this kind of situation in the future.

Thanks for keeping the place clean and running—just hoping you might consider something to keep it fair...

I’ve been going to this car wash for almost 10 years, and it used to be my go to spot for quick washes between detailed cleans. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill lately.

Their credit card machine is super unreliable. I’ve noticed I’m consistently getting charged the maximum amount, $15, even though my washes are well under the 5 minute limit. What sucks is that I just discovered I was getting charged these amounts through my bank statements.

Disappointing because I loved the convenience of this place. But with these inconsistent charges, I can’t recommend it anymore. Use this car wash with caution, and definitely keep an eye on your bank statements. I’m having to find a...
