⭐☆☆☆☆ Completely mishandled order, frustrating experience — I won't be ordering from Cuts again
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Cuts Clothing was so disappointing, I feel obligated to warn others.
I placed an order for two pairs of joggers — the AO Jogger Tall Black Slim-fit Versaknit (XL) and the Pacific Blue pair. When the order arrived, I was shocked to find that one pair was completely wrong: instead of the Black XL joggers, I received a used, grey, size 2XL pair stuffed into the wrong packaging. No tag. No quality control. The product looked like it had been returned by someone else and just reshipped to me without any inspection.
That was just the beginning.
I immediately reached out to Cuts customer service (Order #1826767) with photos of everything — the wrong product, the bag, the barcode, and detailed explanations. What followed was over 10 frustrating email threads of me repeating myself and resending the same photos and info, only to be met with automated responses or customer service reps asking me for information I had already provided.
At one point, they asked me to provide a PO number from the inside tag — but the pants had no tag because again, they were clearly previously worn or returned. Cuts never took the time to check what they were sending out. This was their mistake, yet they continued to drag me through hoops as if I had done something wrong.
I wasn’t even asking for a refund at first — just a replacement. But after all this back-and-forth, I’ve lost trust in the company completely. Now, I just want a return label and my money back.
What’s worse is the comparison — I’ve ordered from BYLT multiple times and NEVER had issues like this. I tried giving Cuts a chance, and they absolutely dropped the ball.
I’ve asked to escalate this to upper management. I’ve CC’d multiple leaders in the company because no one seems to care enough to solve this simple issue. All I received was copy-paste apologies, more questions, and no resolution.
