CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Los Angeles

I am going to help you big-time on this one. If you call them on the phone, just for the fun of it, take a drive over there. You will be standing in line watching them ignore your phone call.

The only way to get service here is to go stand in line.

They can have a full staff of people and they will let the phone ring for 30+ minutes.

They are very nice, in person and the line is anywhere from a few minutes to twenty five minutes if the line is long.

This is the worst place you can go for your prescriptions. The only good thing here is the fact that it's open 24...

Not related to the pharmacy but… I was being respectful of not purchasing other items at the pharmacy. I took the items I wanted to buy to the front of the store. I waited OVER 10 minutes and finally left without buying anything. Why? Because you had 1 checker who was brand new and didn’t know what he was doing. Instead of helping him out another employee left him alone. There were 5 people in line and EVERYONE LEFT WITH BUYING ANYTHING. I was supposed to get a prescription at the Woodland Hills store on Victory. They did not have it and wouldn’t until Tuesday. They told me Calabasas had it and I needed to call. After several calls to each store and then being hung up by Woodland Hills as they wouldn’t transfer, I finally got them to put it on hold and Calabasas was able to do the transfer and I was able to pick it up.
