Extremely rude on the telephon, told my assistant to look for a 30x40 frame at Michael's

I called to see if for myself and explained what I was looking for and when I needed it by. The woman on the phone sounded frustrated and was irritated I was inquiring, saying "I'm gonna have to stop what I'm doing to find out a price for you, hold on!"

I came in as someone who didn't understand framing - just saw it as a thing that goes around the edge of a picture, but a year after my first visit, I've brought in 12 items because Frank and his team add so much value to the process, and to the pieces they are working on I can't imagine doing it...
