New water rule shouldn’t impact paying customers! We ordered and then I saw the water fountain was all blocked off. I asked for a cup of water for my kid and they told me to get back online and order a cup of water! Now I get that head office has told you to do this! But please, use so initiative here people! And I’m addressing management of the store with this comment. As a customer who has walked into your store and been able to fill up myself from a fountain to be then told to get back in line, after paying money, to get water is not ok. You need to tell your staff that head office has instructed x y z but we should be mindful of our customers who do not know this new rule and shouldn’t be inconvenience during a transaction period. I’m annoyed because it was not busy, I was with a small child, and they made me re order, then wait and ask again for the water. Like get a life and stop letting a little power go to your head. But then it is a corporate franchise so what more would you expect from...

These people are so rude, I would not be in a customer service if I hated people the way the show they do. They have 0 customer service. If I could give less than a one star I would!! They messed up all three of my drinks and when I asked them to remake it the lady just rolled her eyes and snatched my drink. She only remade one of the three. The manager here needs to do better!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the street in the commons!!! The staff there is much more friendly and attentive!! Do better...
