CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Los Angeles

I just had a horrible experience with extremely unhelpful staff. I attempted to have a document printed there, a simple PDF, which they printed incorrectly on PHOTO PAPER though the order confirmation clearly says standard paper and I went through document printing, not photo. When my husband came to pickup the document and it was wrong, they a) were unable to report it correctly and b) were unable to refund without the card I used. So, though I was sick, I came down with my credit card and they were still unable to refund it. They offered store credit but why would I ever want to go back there? And they were just generally not at all helpful about it. So I DO NOT...

I went to this store today for the first time with my 7 year old son. I have never felt so discriminated and truly know what it feels like to be racially profiled as a community. My son needed to use the restroom. We do not live close by. As I was paying. I asked the cashier why can't my son use the restroom we don't live around here. He said because of the area that the store is located at. How sad!! You can't bend your management rule for a 7 year old. I will never go back to that...

The staff at the CVS at 1919 South Hoover LA 90007 were helpful, courteous and friendly, but store itself is unclean. The carpeting has dark grease stains, there is small bits of litter strewn throughout the store, and most of the shelves are empty. NOT acceptable.
