Dollar Tree — Local services in Los Angeles

This Dollar Tree is downright disgusting.

The second you walk in, it’s obvious how filthy this place is. The floors are dirty, the registers are grimy, and the shelves look like they haven’t been cleaned or organized in ages. It honestly feels like there’s no cleaning routine at all.

To make matters worse, the store is poorly stocked. Some shelves are bare like nobody’s bothered to refill them for weeks, while other areas are a complete mess with products scattered everywhere.

And don’t even get me started on the checkout. There’s one cashier for a massive line that snakes halfway through the store. The cashier has a terrible attitude—barely says a word, snaps “WANT A BAG?” like it’s a chore, and practically yells your total at you.

One of my items didn’t ring up correctly, and when I asked for a manager to sort it out, I was told there was no manager on duty. That’s just completely unprofessional.

Honestly, this store is such a disaster that I’m planning to report it to the LA City Health Department. I wouldn’t trust buying any food here—not even a piece of candy. Only reason for a two-star review for is because they had a few balloons and...

I love this store... Suck I only seen it messy once or twice and I thought to myself it's because they are so busy that they believe that customers are first instead of being in the bathroom scrubbing the bathroom they are out on the floor helping customers and I really appreciate the kindnes ..unlike Food for Less on Hoover who s cashiers have been rude to me .. sometimes I can't find my card or I'm short money and need to take items off the bill and already feeling embarrassed by it they treat me like a downright peasant the meaning someone who has had hardship because of medical reasons it's not okay and they need to take some customer service classes that's why I appreciate the dollar store in Venice thank you!! the staff at Dollar tree or so patient with me cuz I get nervous w crowds and like other stores so thank you and I hope you're still...

I love this store. They always have all the little things , sometimes big things I need or want at any given time and never let me down in the probably close to 20 years I've been a frequent dollar tree shopper and I've managed to keep this up no matter what no matter what state or city I was in so was the dollar tree right there with me. Best place ever for munchies & snacks etc, esoecially when you need to keep the smile on your soon to be baby mamas face and keep her stocked up with the goodies and off your back . I thank the dollar tree for being there for me. No lie & that's on the real. Idk what I would of done without a couple of the stores that truly had me covered and a happy women in my house because of it. Two thumbs always from me & mine. I only love so many things in this world and dollar tree is one of them!...
