Decided to try this place for the first time today and the first thing that hit me, was the strong smell of chemicals from all of the nail supplies the moment you step in. The aisle aren’t labeled properly and there are no prices listed anywhere (with the exception of a few small things).

I had grabbed three nail tool brushes, one hand rest and two gel colors and the total equaled out to be $95! Even with the said discount that the cashier said she gave to me. I thought it was absolutely ridiculous for just those things. The cashier mentioned the reason why they’re are that much because they are professional supplies…

Because I needed the tools for a project this coming weekend, I ended up getting just one brush and the two nail colors and it still cost me $43.

When I got home and looked up the brand of the nail brush, it sells for $3-5 online!! An absolute total rip off because they sold the brush at their shop for nearly $17.

Yes, they have a crazy amount of supplies here in this store for nail techs but PLEASE get your money’s worth online instead!

Though the cashier was kind, I will say the overall business is probably scamming so many folks to think they’re buying professional products but really it’s just super cheap stuff being sold at a higher price.

Update The response below is the only communication I've received (I did check my email account to see if they sent an invoice; they did not).

They are correct, my card wasn't charged. The response from them puts the blame on me as the customer which is even more disappointing.

I placed an online order in June, received a confirmation email. After not receiving my order and no additional shipping updates or communications for 4 weeks, I sent an email to check the status. I did not get a reply, so I sent another email 2 weeks later. Again, no response. I started searching the web to see if they had gone out of business or had some Covid-relared issues, but based on other reviews posted around the time I placed my order, I could see the owner was responding to similar complaints so I tried using the live chat on their website.

I sent the message including my order number, phone number and email address and have still had zero communication after 5 days.

The products themselves were fine, albeit overpriced, but based on this most recent experience, I won't be ordering...

Not even one star. I ordered 2 nail polishes. One sent, and it was entirely the wrong color, though it had the name of the color I ordered on a sticker at the bottom. I tried to contact to exchange, and got no response. The second one hasn't even shipped, and it's been nearly a month. I've requested a refund a few times now, with only an auto response saying it has shipped, when I can click on the details and it clearly states that the USPS hasn't even received it. The email I just sent from was blocked. I do not suggest ordering from this scam of a company, and to every else who has had issues, contact the Better Business Bureau and file a report. I filed a claim with my bank and they refunded me...
