Ray Charles Memorial Library — Attraction in Los Angeles

since what year has the memorial been closed I don't understand why he continues to say that you can visit it if you call you will find an answering machine to leave you a message we will never answer your message if you go to the address everything is closed so he stops making fun...

Gave me my very 1st job or better yet how he put it... something to do with myself,I was a foster kid in a group home located on Westmoreland blvd at the time and Mr.Charles showed me how to be positive....I now know and believe that the blind can indeed lead the blind...Thanks...
