This is the absolute worse. I booked a full day with my family for a spa day only to have our appointments canceled upon arrival. I booked appointment for my wife and I, my mother and my sister.
Each customer has a profile with there numbers and information saved. Especially because during COVID they are required to have your information on file in order to contact you in the event of an outbreak.
The reason they gave us for cancelling our appointments was due to lack of confirmation. Turns out the only number they tried to contact out of the four people who booked was written down incorrectly by one of their employees. At no time did they try to contact any of the other people that were booked even thought I called MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the week about these reservations. Why on earth would I want to cancel
They didn’t try to call any other numbers to confirm and instead cancelled on us upon arrival.
The manager Stephanie was the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever dealt with. She would not accept responsibility for her teams mistakes and kept stating it wasn’t her fault that another employee cancelled our appointments. Not only did she not offer us a solution but she THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON US if we didn’t leave when we were asking what happened!
We have been here so many times and have had a wonderful experience. I am shocked by the events that happened today.
The only redeeming aspect of this lack of customer service was Scott the nice employee who ran after us on the street to apologize for his colleagues behavior.
They lost out on over $1500.00 worth of services and tips for those services and 4 repeat clients.
If you’re thinking of going to this spa as a gift think twice.... so sad I really...
Read moreI had high hopes for this spa, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and completely let down.
While I was already in my car on the way to my appointment, I received a call saying the massage therapist was running 30 minutes late due to “car trouble.” Not a great first impression, but I decided to continue with the appointment. When I arrived, I saw a car parked completely crooked and over the line, making it nearly impossible for me to park and get out of my car. I realized this was the massage therapist I was supposed to be seeing, as her name was on a Starbucks cup inside the vehicle. This only added to the chaotic energy and discomfort I was already feeling.
I told the front desk that I didn’t feel comfortable continuing with that therapist, and the only other person available for the lymphatic massage I’d booked was a male therapist (I’d requested a female). I reluctantly agreed, but then was given the key for the spa amenities—only to discover the steam room was closed, something no one mentioned despite my having spoken to staff multiple times over the phone. When I brought this up, I was told, “It says that online.” That’s not acceptable—most people assume that kind of notice could be outdated unless they’re informed directly during booking.
At that point, I chose to leave. The manager offered a gift card, but honestly, that felt like a shallow gesture given that this was my first visit and everything had gone wrong. I left upset, without the massage I needed and was looking forward to, and too late in the day to find another appointment elsewhere.
I won’t be back. This was a waste of my time and completely ruined a day I was hoping would bring...
Read moreI visited for the first time today. This spa really stood out compare to all the other ones I’ve ever been to. I was so pleasantly surprised. First of all, I went because I received a gift card, to be frank, before when I visited spas with gifts cards or even Groupon I did not feel comfortable. Here I felt welcomed from the first moment I made a phone call to schedule appointment. From receptionist to the aesthetician to a manager everyone exhibited exceptional customer service and just overall I felt very comfortable.
The services itself were also outstanding, I had a costume facial. They have a little sauna and steam room that you can use before going for your treatment. The spa itself is very clean, they give you a robe and shoes and a locker, everything is top notch quality, very clean. They have a room to relax where you can even get snacks while you wait.
The lady that did my facial was Stephanie, and she was very nice. What stood out was that she worked with me and my so called budget. She explained to me what problems I have with my skin and what treatments would work for me. Many spas pressure you into getting add ons or products, or more expansive facials that you initially signed up for. But she gave me my options, explained how each would work for my skin and left the choice to me, which was refreshing because I had to stay in within a certain budget.
This place truly made me feel like they value their clients and aren’t just trying to sell their services. Also I even heard a manager refer to clients by their first names which only reassured me that they care about relationships they build with their clientele. I certainly do want to come back here and encourage ...
