Disgusting dirty place to begin with horrible customer service this lady in the photo below is going against kitchen and health policy’s by not having any hair covering or feet covering while serving food but she claims (we caught her on break) but she is clearly in the kitchen working and even tho she was cussing at us and screaming at us because we unfortunately had the experience of spending 61$ on chocolate bars that dropped to the floor right before we made it out of this location (photos below) this guy claims to be a manager saying there’s nothing he can do about it because he can’t control how we handle our food after he gives it to us so I asked as a manager how do you left your workers speak to clients like that? Isn’t the customer always right and as a human being seeing the inconvenience shouldn’t you offer something to help lighten the situation no one wanted a cash refund we just wanted to be able to try the famous Dubai chocolate so if you are thinking about going to this place please save your money it is not worth it you will get treated like trash and supposedly they do not care to make things any better

Ok so first of all I was scared when I saw that the reviews were a 3.9 but all I can say is just wow I honestly recommend this place to anyone trying to satisfy their sweet tooth I loved it so much and lemme just say that they are so very generous like when I asked for milk Chocolate my crepe was drowned in it which I loved same thing with the fruits and really clean place nice outside seats and amazing costumer service I 100% recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and great coffee and when you ask for hot it’s actually hot and fresh I also loved that we got to watch everything made infront of us which js shows how clean and fresh it was ❤️I loved 👍👍👍👍

A MASSIVELY overpriced and rude desert spot. A simple chocolate bar priced at $13.99. Things are routinely “sold out”. Staff are disinterested, slow, and rude overall. One specifically, GIO, remarked that if you cannot afford this place, why stop here? The answer is simple, it’s in a great neighborhood! But it’s clear that Chocolate Bash should be unwelcome in this neighborhood. No decent community should settle for overpriced grocery quality chocolate and rude personnel.

Coming from the west it's a little obnoxious to get to this place. You have to pass it, turn next street, hopefully get to the alley and cut through to parking lot. Which only takes cards, despite staying coins are an option. I feel this cuts out a lot of people from parking here. 1or 2 street spots available. I can assume that they are not often available.

After all that, I was still super excited Google suggested this place for me. I was craving a super chocolatey shake. I was greeted by staff. I told the man behind the counter it was my first visit, I love chocolate. I am a purest, I love the dark chocolate, what do you suggest for the menu? The response to me was will 'there's a waffle...' and I said no. I just want chocolate. To that there was no response he couldn't think about the single thing on the menu that was chocolate only.

There are several things chocolate only on the menu but that's okay I ordered the chocolate shake and said make it as chocolatey as possible. They didn't have the coin change, so I had to produce exact change. The woman (manager I assume) piped in from behind the man at counter, 'how would you like a chocolate covered strawberry if you can give us the $0.61?'. I said yes I would love one let's Make a deal and I produced the exact change. She went to go make my drink.

She worked on it for a very long time and I appreciated the effort. She hand it to me and I never got my chocolate covered strawberry she was busily working with the next people and I didn't feel like trying to remind her of something that she should have remembered she offered to me.

Let's get to the brass tax here: the shake. It took about 10 minutes to make it start to finish, no interruptions. I expected a masterpiece. But what I got, I would never call it a shake. I would call it chunky iced chocolate water. And wonder why it took 10 minutes... The taste of the chocolate was fine-ish, Hershey's level tasting chocolate. Not something I would buy or eat for free usually. Not what I expected from a place called chocolate Bash. The chunks of ice were not pleasant and not expected for a shake. They milk used you can see in the pictures how it seems so to separate from the chocolate. I mixed it well as I attempted to drink it, dog why it wouldn't meld, I can't understand. It was not good. It tasted like one of those 90's canned nutrition drinks that come in a chocolate flavor. But more liquidy and chunky. Odd.

I guess this place is probably more known for their waffles and crepes and hopefully those are much more Stellar than what I had. I will not be coming back based off this experience though. It did not shine in any way for me and did not satisfy my...

First and foremost, I would prefer to rate this a 2.5, but Google doesn't allow that, and it's closer to 2, so 2 it is. Second off I need to state that I have never been in this business, only ordered delivery off Postmates. I'm the kind of person that will occasionally want to eat some dessert late at night with some friends in situations that I certainly shouldn't be driving, so Postmates should be heaven-sent for a business like this; except it hasn't been for me. I have ordered from them using Postmates twice, having different issues each time. First order, many items were missing from the order, so that's half the fault on Postmates, half the fault on the restaurant. Postmates gave me my money back, so no issue. Second time I ordered, which is the night of writing this review, I was left unsatisfied again. The issue this time was purely quality. My roommate and I both ordered milkshakes which were handedly the worst "milkshakes" I've ever had. Quite literally a cup of milk with blended ice with the absolutely smallest hint of ice cream, like they just made the milk drink next to the pint of ice cream, and some smells got into the milk. The cheesecake was mediocre at best. And at the price points they're charging this is just poor. We also ordered some sort of crepe Nutella thing with bananas which was really good in it's own defense. To get to my final point I understand that many of these gripes could be solely tied to Postmates, but knowing from experience working at a restaurant that offered delivery services, it is very easy for the restaurant to absolutely not care about the quality of food they're sending out on deliveries. If a delivery customer complains in their app, Postmates will refund them, and the restaurant still gets their money, that is part of the deal that the restaurant pays to use Postmates services. So it seems clear to me that this is yet another restaurant that doesn't put too much effort into their delivery orders, and that is especially unfortunate for a late-night...

I have never been so disappointed. I'm so disgusted by a location. I drove with my husband here an hour away super excited for this place, but turned out to be complete TRASH!! Let's start with walking in two employees and a little group of people so not busy at all and we weren't greeted or asked if we needed help whatsoever. They take my order and when my order is given to me, I missing the bananas on my waffles so I asked them kindly that I had asked for bananas and they told me very rude that I needed to pay extra for bananas. Which wouldn't have been a problem, but I specifically had ordered bananas. so they insisted they charge me for bananas, which I then denied. Because I would at least expect that out of their mistake they would at least give me some banana pieces .and also Because I had already waited so long . Also anywhere I go , usually waffles come with a side of maple syrup , tell me why the charges me 2.99 just for syrup ... most concerning to me was how unprofessional they're working station was dirty dishes everywhere countertops, dirty and worst of all the person handling the food kept touching his hair while cooking. Also, the guy who was working, had his friends as customers and was talking to them and paying attention to them while working, which was super unprofessional it was all a joke to be honest I'm not one to write reviews, but this was something I have never experienced. Worst 55 dollars I have ever spent . Not to mention the pistachio chocolate bar is extremely small compared to what they show online. This was a waste of Gas and a waste of money and time !! I visited this location on August 11 around o'clock so whoever your workers were at this time I would highly highly suggest considering their employment because they make your business...
