Hi, i just bought a lot of items worth this morning between 9:00 -9:30 (12/12/21). I got a lot of stuff and i went to Cashier name Virginia 00502 cause i thought she’s a nice lady but she’s so mean. I’ve never encounter such a mean cashier in my entire life shopping in jons cause everybody was nice except her. Store Manager Pablo should have an attention on this. She was saying a word that me and the helper couldn’t understand and she got mad to us and keep on murmuring when we can’t understand her. She tried to say chocolate many times but very slang sounds like jacket. Why don’t she just say it in spanish like chokolate, we are not white people and she is not white also for sure. If she just say it in spanish when we couldn’t understand her then the problem is solved. With an attitude like that, she is not fit to be a cashier she has no patience. Manager MUFASA hand wrote a note explaining this and told me to come back the next day and show it to JOSE. I've never heard of a grocery store that couldn't refund me in the store, in real time!

But most importantly, real and kind human beings working there, not robots repeating the same formula without looking you in the eyes. Even the size is welcoming, not a huge warehouse (Ralphs, Vons...etc) that overwhelm you with packaged products to the point of forgetting what you came for in the first place.
