I've been living here for a month now and there are some ups and downs to living in an apartment complex in general, but I'll point out the obvious by saying that most of the negative reviews in here are in regards to repairs and maintenance.
Keep in mind there's only one maintenance guy, one security guard, a two leasing agents that switch off with each other. Despite how small the team is, they manage to pull through if you follow up with work orders every other day. For instance, my unit didn't have a stove panel for a month but my roommate and I kept asking for updates. The team was very responsive and eventually got the panel installed. The other day, the hot water went out for about 36 hours but they were able to have the vendor come and fix the boiler within that time frame. The outlets in my unit weren't completely working in the kitchen due to an overload and it was fixed within 2 days after putting in the work order.
So in regards to maintenance, the team gets the job done but just don't expect an immediate repair because there's multiple work orders that need to be fulfilled. Give it about 48 hours and if you hear nothing back then just shoot an email to one of the leasing managers.
Overall, the units are nice (we have carpeted floor with faux tile in the kitchen and bathrooms) with options for hardwood flooring and stainless steel appliances for an additional cost. Parking is FREE and included in the underground lot with remote access and night-time security patrol. Some spots are tandem (directly behind each other) for co-inhabiting tenants. So far I've had no issues with lost or stolen packages as long as you don't have packages delivered on Sunday and Monday when the office is clearly not open on those days. The leasing managers will hold your package for pick-up during normal operating hours. Tenicia is very helpful and responsive, and Sam has been on top of repairs and maintenance.
The only problem I really have is the elevators making a really loud sound when reaching the top floors. They also stop working sometimes, probably due to an electrical error but don't worry, there's 3 other elevator shafts for the whole building. Upon inspection, you can see that the permits have actually been expired since 2016 and the elevators are overdue for maintenance. Also, some of the washer and dryer machines are out of order but there's a laundry room on each floor.
For the price, convenience, aesthetic, and cleanliness I give it a 5/5. There's some things that could be fixed, but for how nice this place is and given the area it's in, it's a diamond in the rough.
One last note, I would highly advise not living here if you're an extremely light sleeper. Sometimes at night, all the dogs start barking around the same time. Maybe...

Read moreI strongly recommend not living here. We lived here for one year. The leasing staff are friendly and nice.
We have paid $800 for the deposit and moved into an apartment with used carpets from previous tenants. Management just replaced the living room carpet under our request because of the big wine spot. Of course, humans lived there, there was some wearing and spots on the carpets. I am sure they are gonna go away after deep cleaning. We stayed clean and never walked on the carpet with outdoor boots.
One of their team members did the move-out Inspection 2 days before we moved out and he said to us âI have never seen clean Apartments like yours, we are gonna charge you guys some paint from your deposits, thank you for staying cleanâ.
But NO!!! They sent us around $1000 invoice for the carpet replacement and after move-out cleaning. Overall after we moved out we paid $1800ish including the deposit! If you decide to move into this building, You need to be prepared yourself self you might smell strong curry or something at midnight, and it's NOT SMOKE FREE building so you might smell smoke or marijuana at midnight too. Also, the fire alarm suddenly rings at midnight. Not worth your money and cozy living. Aaand, take videos and photos before you move in for your proof of...
