They make up prices on dozens of items on the spot. The prices posted are wrong all the time! Even if you ask someone before going to the counter, they change the price at the counter, and sometimes the screen doesn't even show the price! There's no weights and measurements sticker that I could see at the POS, and they refuse to honor posted or verbalized prices. I've been getting ripped off since I moved into the neighborhood and I'm done after tonight! Over $4 they'd rather lose an almost daily customer? I called weights and measurements and I'll never go back after the way I was SCREAMED...

went to get my free slurpee on slurpee day and the cashier at the register tried to charge me for my slurpee because the touch screen where you have to put your phone number was having issues and stopped being responsive. i stood my ground and didnt let him charge me for something that is free for everyone. when i went to get my slurpee i noticed the coffee bar was a complete mess. trash everywhere, totally a mess. it seems like the staff at this location only care about chatting with each other and other male customers. consider letting some folks go or retraining them. i won’t...

I strongly recommend avoiding this 7-11. Some of the employees will refuse to process your rewards membership number when there is a sizable discount running with your rewards account. They do this all the time. Today I pushed back because it would’ve saved me $20 on an advertised promo and they claimed “the system is offline, maybe tomorrow”….. it’s the same POS system actively accepting credit cards. If you add your number they just let the transaction time out without applying the discount. Scammers work...
