I’ll start with the positives—the food was fantastic! The pupusas were amazing and generously sized. The valet parking service was also excellent—efficient and welcoming. Additionally, the prices were reasonable, which made the quality of the food even more impressive.
Now, for the downside: the service was extremely disappointing. After being seated, we waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, despite the restaurant not being busy. I nearly walked out, but my wife convinced me to stay. Anticipating slow service, I placed my entire order right away. I specifically asked for the appetizer to be served first, but everything arrived at the same time—exactly what I was trying to avoid.
Once our food was brought to the table, we were essentially forgotten. No one checked on us, and it felt as if we were completely ignored. Even the manager, Pamela, noticed the lack of service and personally came over to apologize multiple times. While I appreciated her effort, it didn’t change the fact that the overall service was lacking.

I placed an online order, which I have done on multiple occasions without issue in the past. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, the staff insisted that I confirm the order, despite the fact that I had a picture of the order details on my phone. When I explained that my brother had placed the order and I was simply picking it up on his behalf because he is disabled and unable to come in person, the staff member was uncooperative and displayed an attitude that was both rude and unprofessional. I have never faced this type of issue before, and I was only picking up for myself, not for a third party. Eventually, after a lengthy and uncomfortable exchange, I was given my order, but by that point, the experience had left such a negative impression that I no longer had any desire to enjoy the meal. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, and it is clear that the level of customer service here needs significant improvement.
