Juvenile Shop — Local services in Los Angeles

I went into Juvenile Shop having high hopes and I am very disappointed. My wife and I bought a dresser and crib in July, the lady who sold it both items told us the official delivery date is sometime in October but we were told both items were likely to arrive much sooner and not to worry. My wife had our baby a few weeks early, so we had to keep following up weekly because the dresser delivery got so delayed and we were stressed out. Juvenile Shop wanted to initially charge us double delivery fee to deliver the items separately because both items weren’t ready to be delivered together. We had to call over and over again to get an update on our delayed dresser, which was finally delivered on literally the last day of October. If we hadn’t stayed on top of them, no way it would have arrived in time. I am disappointed because when they sold us the two items it was communicated that they would be ready before October, I guess I was wrong to believe them. Also most frustrating is when we called the store, a woman named Debbie gave us enormous attitude and even called my wife an “anxious mom” for communicating her needs to get the items delivered so we can take care of our newborn. They took the time to understand my needs, helping me find the perfect stroller and car seats for my little ones ( twins :) )

Very nice and cute shop! We were surprised by a staff member who helped us choose a double stroller! She went above and beyond to help us with everything! She is knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions and accommodate all the needs of our family! Even though we were late they were closing in 20 minutes, it didn't seem to bother her. On top of that, I asked her something about an issue we have with a car seat, that we didn't buy from this shop, and she came to our car and tried to fix it!
