These alleys open at 10am. Parking anywhere is $10(walking 6 blocks by toy district) or $20-25 near. Traffic is busy so be patient with all pedestrian traffic. If you're looking for mens cloths larger than 3XL it's impossible. Womens plus is also limited. Prices were average store prices 😕. Didn't eat or get any drinks...

Tons of shops. They have everything, toys, clothing, cheap electronics, accessories, food and more. Not too busy when I went and a lot of the people were helpful...
