I bought a pair of earrings on May 26 2020. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks . I tracked the package if it kept saying shipping label has been made sine it I was a gift. After 2 weeks of the same message I emailed customer service and then they asked me to be patient that I will be receiving the package soon this happened several times within 4 weeks. I asked to speak to supervisor... no response. After emailing repeatedly the next 4 weeks they finally told me that the package has been lost 2 times and that they are are out of stock. They offered me a refund and once I said ok Yo the refund no response after over a week. It is so unfortunate that they have are so unprofessional because I really like the jewelry as I have many items. There is no one to call or speak to on the phone. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. If you can’t handle the orders then don’t wait 6 weeks to tell someone who is continuously emailing for updates and stop advertising so much since you clearly can’t handle the amount of orders. If they had told me they were out of stock from the beginning I would have understood and decided accordingly on what to do.

The quality of all the jewelry was amazing. The first time I wore my MM necklace I got tons of compliments. The design of each piece of jewelry was of the up-most quality and design. Each necklace comes with an extender so it makes it so easy to have the necklace fall where ever you would prefer. The ear cuffs were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them! They add so much sass to your look, I am never taking them off! They are truly chic and badass. The color on all my pieces is vibrant and amazing. I already bought more MM pieces!!! Read moreI placed an order for the Grand Heiress Tennis Bracelet on June 21, which wasn’t delivered until six weeks later. The bracelet arrived damaged and would not close. I followed the company’s return process and dropped it off at a UPS location with a receipt and matching tracking number confirming the return. I never received the exchange. On August 20, I called customer service to check the status of the exchange. While the agent (Brianna) was polite, she was unable to provide any meaningful help, saying she couldn’t see anything in the system. She said she would escalate the issue to the returns department and that I “was free to reach out to UPS” myself. I was also told I’d receive a response from someone “higher up” within minutes—but no response ever came. So basically for my first order of Melinda Maria takes 6 weeks to deliver a damaged product, a product I returned using their label and instructions. Their systems don’t work.
