A chill, no frills sandwich shop with many vegetarian and vegan options! Ample seating inside and a few tables outside to have a seat and enjoy your sandwich. Great selection of sandwiches, with build your own options as well. Quite a few side options and a nicely stocked drink case. Ordering was easy and staff was friendly. I got The Signature Turkey sandwich. Bread was fresh, soft on the inside with a nice flake on the outside. The offerings are generous and could have easily been split with another person. Potato salad on the side was good, too. I’ve seen others here mention the parking lot… The parking lot is very small and while we were unable to nab a spot we were able to grab street parking a block over. I feel the parking lot looked best served for grab and go orders.

I don't know about you but, I like a sandwich that has a lot of filling. I don't like the sandwich that is just all bread with very little filling. All About The Bread is my ultimate to go sandwich store for it has a lot of filling. The picture that you see is the small one a 6in and for a dollar more you can get 11 in. The bread is tasty and crunchy. I was amazed when I got the sandwich it felt larger than 6 in. I made a build-your-own sandwich. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely be coming back again.

not good at all. just tryin to look good. bread texture is off. it rubbery and not fluffy and crunch is tough. im not shark you know toppings all regular boarhead and olive oil and dressing are not intense and i also ordered not skopoped and no mayo and yes oregano, but is seems like you dont care. you are not better than jimmy jongz: you just have blisters on your bread. its not even bread: its just tough breadskin. ew! give me back my 17.95$

If you’re on the hunt for the ultimate sandwich experience, look no further than All About the Bread. This place doesn’t just make sandwiches—they craft masterpieces that will redefine your expectations of what a sandwich should be.

The star of the show is, of course, the bread. True to its name, it’s baked fresh daily, with a perfect crusty exterior and soft, airy interior that’s pure perfection. The way it cradles the generous portions of high-quality meats, fresh vegetables, and bold, flavorful spreads is nothing short of art. Each bite delivers a symphony of textures and flavors that’s absolutely unforgettable.

The staff at All About the Bread takes the entire experience to another level. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. They’re not just there to serve food—they make you feel like family. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, they go above and beyond to ensure your meal is perfect. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and passionate about what they do, and it shows in every interaction.

Beyond the incredible sandwiches and standout service, the atmosphere is inviting, clean, and perfect for enjoying a quick bite or lingering over your meal. They truly care about every detail, from the food to the customer experience, making it a must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates great food and even greater people.

If you’re craving a sandwich done right, All About the Bread is the place to be. Five stars isn’t enough to do this gem justice. Go, and...

A couple of hours after attending an event in town and reminiscing around the area, I thought I was done with LA for the night until I noticed the signage in the corner of my eye as I was driving along Melrose. Intrigued, I decided that maybe I wasn't completely full yet and turned around, lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the store. Though most people have raved about the Godfather, but my sandwich of choice involves turkey by default, so I ordered the "House Sandwich" or Signature Turkey. There weren't a lot of people in, so it didn't take long for the food to be ready. Unwrapping it was like opening a holiday gift since it's double sealed with different layers of paper.

What revealed itself was the neatest sub I've ever seen prepared--no ingredients falling or dripping out. And the bread, oh the bread was so good. The bite was extra crunchy and a wonderful introduction into the rest...which was a little underwhelming and didn't blow me away. It was a good sandwich, but for its size, the price seemed a little steep. For me, All About the Bread is true to its name. The bread is amazing, but perhaps that in itself affects my perception that the other ingredients taste...

Wow wow wow. Uncle Paulies used to be my go to Italian deli but they closed for whatever reason so I was in search of something that come close to the Italian Deli in Palm Springs (best deli west of NYC - iykyk). Anyway. I had heard of this place but always thought that it was literally All About the Bread, in that they only sold bread. This is of course false and I currently feel like a literal fool for taking branding literally. I digress. This place makes an excellent Italian sandwich. Better than Uncle Paulies. Why? Cause of the bread. It’s crisp but still has flavor. Bay Cities isn’t as crisp and thus sops up all the juices giving you a soggy vinegary bread bowl for your cold cut soup. Gross. Paulies is better than Bay Cities but their bread is overly chewy. All about the bread makes a crisp crust all around and a doughy layer than almost acts as a flavor layer; catching all the oil /vinegar / spices and preventing them from ruining the crust. It works. This, I believe this is the best Italian deli in LA.

Oh and obviously get...
