Flawless Skin Center - West Hollywood: Med Spa — Local services in Los Angeles

I originally had a botox appointment scheduled on Saturday 6/19/21. I received a text message that the nurse got in an accident and couldn't make it - totally understandable. They rescheduled me for Thursday 6/24/21 at 6:30pm. At 6:15pm that day (only 15 minutes before my appointment), I receive a phone call from Luna Med Spa. The woman tells me that they ran out of botox, and that they weren't going to have any in until next Wednesday. This infuriated me, as I've already been rescheduled, and it's EXTREMELY late notice. How did you not know you weren't going to have enough botox for me until 15 MINUTES before my appointment time... mind blowing. I am also going on a trip next weekend and wanted my botox to be developed by the time I left, so Wednesday was not a good option for me either. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold. When she came back on the line, I was informed that they did have Dysport in stock, which she claimed was "the same as botox, just a different brand". I agreed and went in for the appointment. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly, but the nurse was great and super nice (literally the only reason I did not give the rating a 0). After my appointment, I talked to a few people about Dysport who are very educated on the product, as well as researching it online. As it turns out, Dysport is significantly cheaper than Botox and does not last as long; I should have definitely been offered some sort of credit or compensation for the difference, or at least my troubles... To say I'm disappointed in my experience is an understatement. I will definitely not be rebooking with Luna, or referring anyone...

So with all fairness I did get confused as to the street where it’s located on, so I called them and told them that although I was on time, I was on time on Fairfax instead of La Brea… They were very nice and said..’by all means come in in 45 minutes to the right location and you will get your procedure,no stress’. I show up 15 minutes early this time and the lady asked for my credit card so that she can charge me a no-show and they refused to provide the services. I asked to use the bathroom and all the nurses are standing gossiping with no clients, so clearly they could have seen me.... so yeah that just happened. She had the nerve to ask if my husband was coming in later WHAT?! ....And it sucks because this place would’ve gotten my consistent patronage since it’s walking distance from my house, the lady at the front desk had a unfortunate attitude. I don’t get it. If you cant handle servicing customers you should not be in...

I cannot recommend Laser Flawless Skin Center enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The center is spotless, professional, and exudes such a calming atmosphere.
