my usual hairdresser stood me up at the last minute at the end of 2023. I am looking for a fallback solution by calling different hair salons. I ended up running into MI Hair who told me to come and they can cut my hair. I was very happy and grateful until I arrived. I got a BOTCHED haircut in 5 MINUTES (watch in hand). The price is still $40 and we stare at you when selecting the amount of the tips. Terrible customer service !! go spend $100 on another hairdresser but who will spend 10 times more time taking care of you and where you won't have to finish your haircut...

Jin is so professional. There were problems with my haircut perhaps due to miscommunication. He offered to give me all of my money back. When a Beverly hills salon like Umberto's did not give me the cut that I requested, it was hell getting my money back. Jin is kind and fair. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend him. He is doing cuts...

I didn’t use their service. But I want to give a good review. I called for Japanese straight. They are the very honest salon ever!!! I had my Japanese straight somewhere. He was honest with me that it’s best to go to my preview salon to avoid damage. Especially if you are using chemicals in the hair. Thank you, Sir....
