I ordered 2 chairs. Paid a lot of money for it. they came in with terrible quality. The sewing in the leather was crooked and had a lot of gathering in the fabric. They did not want to help me. I guess I have to give it to away to goodwill. I expected too Quality from an Italian manufacturer. Very very disappointed. Customer service just keep giving me the runaround. Very bad customer service. They won’t help you if the quality is not good. They just say this is the way it looks. And tell you that the one they have in the showroom...
