This past Saturday I was driving down LaBrea and notice Rapport Furniture was having a garage sale. I had always wanted to go into the store and just look around. The sale started at 10@am and multiple people were already standing outside. Once everyone was let into the store, I immediately found a table and four chairs that I wanted to buy. I located a sales person named Sean who pulled the tickets off all the furniture I wanted and I got in line to complete my purchase. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Well my husband happened to be in Los Angeles on 10/9 and went into the store just to look at the furniture. It was at that time he found out that the chairs had been sold to another person and they had already taken them home. Boy was I pissed! My husband said he spoke with the manager who informed him she would contact the warehouse the next day and see if they had four chairs available, if not they would contact the manufacturer to order four more. Fine...whatever. Well, the warehouse was out of the chairs and the manufacturer no longer made those chairs...just great! Well, according to my husband the manager, Julie informed him we could come look through their catalogs to find a chair at a comparable price and if the chairs we pick cost more money they will give us 25 percent off those chairs. How about NO!!!!!!!!!!!! We are not driving back to LA to look through any books for comparable chairs. Here is what will make this matter close to being fair to us as the customer: the table we bought for $500 needs to be discounted down to $250 deliver the table to us at Rapport's expense and refund me the difference. If the answer is no, then we will dispute the whole amount with the credit card company and post this message on every social media site out here.

Rapport refused to discount the table. I filed a complaint against them with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and disputed the charge. They told me all sales are final. Well I have a receipt in which they could not produce the item I purchased so that makes the sale invalid.

I bought this very expensive couch about five years ago. Iāve got three built-in recliners and until today I was led to believe that the only way to fix (2 of 3 dead battery packs ) was to replace the two battery packs that werenāt working anymore. I was actually quoted a repair cost of $1000 to replace these two battery packs directly from Natuzzi and I wasnāt about to go for that and this has been going on for weeks until today when I got Mike on the phone he had an idea and he went and checked it out with another couch on the floor, and by instructing me with a video I was able to turn my couch on its side, open the zipper underneath and locate the plug that would detach the BATTERY PACK from operating the couch instead hook me directly into the main motor source. I am just so happy beyond words and blown away that in about a 15 minute effort here turning my couches upside down, and oh my gosh, I needed to clean underneath them, that was an unexpected ugly surprise, but shoot I did it!! It was not quite as straightforward as I had hoped it would be, but I was confident with Mikeās example in his video that I could do it and I did it and I now have two working recliners with zero cost in the experience of an incredibly kind, caring young man on the other end of the phone. Search him out his name is Mike Allen. . I donāt know if these guys work on commission but a guy like this deserves to be getting all the commissions because I wonāt mention the last guy that six weeks earlier got me nowhere so thank you MIKE ALLEN. I am thrilled over the moon to have three working recliners again in my Natuzzi couch and if Natuzzi ever gets a word of this well you guys are lucky to have sales people that represent your product in such a way that we didnāt have to be bullied by this crazy price that I was quoted of $500 per BATTERY PACK! Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered 2 identical chairs from Rapport furniture in April of 2024 that were scheduled to be delivered approximately 4 months later. We understood the time frame because they were coming from Italy. When we received them however, we got 2 different color chairs. I called and left a message with the delivery team and advised them about the color differences. The reply was that perhaps they had our chair in another warehouse storage. After several days of searching, I was informed they did not have the identical chair. I asked to remove the odd color chair as it did not go with our furniture, which they did. They wanted to take both, but I refused until they delivered the correct chairs. They offered to reorder the correct chair for us. I asked to have 2 chairs ordered at that time to make sure the dye lot would be the same. They did reorder, and stated we would need to wait another 4 months for the correct chairs to be delivered. I had to call several times to inquire about delivery because no communication had taken place. Nearly 5 months later we were told our chairs had arrived and a delivery date was arranged. They delivered ONE chair and wanted to take back the other. I explained we should have had 2 identical chairs delivered. The chair they delivered was not the same size as the original. They were unable to locate the 2nd identical chair for several days. I left SEVERAL messages with no return phone calls and finally spoke with the owner of the store. He did nothing but provide excuses for what was happening and promised to find the other chair and get back to me. I had to call him to finally find out the other chair was found. There was never any offer as a solid business owner to keep our business. I would not ever refer anyone to their store.
