P4 — Local services in Los Angeles

This is the worst parking lot and toll collector I have ever met. Just now, because of the parking lot, the toll collection facilities didn't work normally, which led to the traffic jam in the parking lot. It only took 5 minutes to get from the third floor to the first floor, and the first 15 minutes were free. As a result, I was stuck in the traffic jam for 40 minutes. Worst parking and staff not prepared. The P4 parking insanely colapse (08/07/22) of people trying to leave, getting out took more than 1 hour around 2 hours from the 5th floor. Call them on the ticket box and we’re told that the gate was broke and they were sending someone to fix it. RIDICULOUS!!! Beside 2 hours of parking was 20$ to be trying to leave for 2 hours. The most HORRIBLE experience, so frustrating, people getting out of their cars, no staff being able to solve and easy problem like lifting the gate to let people leave. Just please never park on this airport, worst regret...

$23 for 1 hrs 10 minutes! Pay. Take elevator through a mob of people. Get to roof, load car, sit in lines to get out of garage. Machine won't read peoples tickets. Oh look at the time it been 30 minutes now, they want another $9. Tylcual Californiaism overcharge and under deliver with crap services and equipment. This place is a scam. Workers are rude.
