The moment my husband Vlad and I entered the airport at LAX we were greeted by JetBlue crewmembers, and it just got better from that point on. We got to the gate about 2 hours early and asked the JUST ASK DESK if we could change for an earlier flight, they said sure and immediately transferred us to the flight (there is usually a cost of about $75), but soon after we realized how long the flight was and being very hungry, we went to the gate and asked them to remove us as we wanted to relax and have something to eat, so they did. After eating we got to the gate and they gave us the option to do an upgrade to MINT ( First Class) and we accepted

Interesting experience, I was considering buying a Byredo but the saleswoman said they don't offer samples with purchase but I circle back to the booth and a new salesman was there and he was more than glad to offer multiple samples and so I bought it after some pestering sales pitches . It's Just frustrating some of the employees there like to drone over you while testing fragrances. But some are nice employees like the bvlgari booth. I managed to get the last Mojave Ghost Absolu after being only released for a week because it was an okay price, the no sales tax was a nice perk.

My overall experience at LAX was fine, but definitely came with its share of frustrations. The connection itself worked out smoothly, but finding food was an absolute nightmare. I followed the signs toward what was supposed to be a food court area, only to feel like I was walking forever, easily over a mile, before I even got close. When I finally arrived, the options were surprisingly limited, the lines were long, and every seat was taken. Some spots even had hour-long waits, which just isn’t practical for travelers on layovers.

On top of that, my gate was changed once during my connection. That’s probably standard for a major hub like LAX, but paired with the food situation, it made the experience less than ideal. Overall, it was a fine connection and I made my flight without issues, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to traveler...

This place is a total scam. Prices are generally higher than what you would pay in regular US retail stores. They supposedly do a price match guarantee with other retail stores but it is a hassle and they don’t price match other duty free stores. Case in point, JFK duty free was selling Grey Goose vodka much cheaper and they would not price match. Similarly JFK was offering 10% off fragrances (and the fragrance prices were also cheaper), but again they would not honour these prices either. I thought duty free was meant to be cheaper than standard retail stores because you were not paying duty on the goods. However, in my experience prices...
