If I could give out 0 stars for service I would. I myself am a waitress of 6 years and would never havd thought about leaving a negative comment. But honestly I thought this was so bad I couldnt believe it was real. They don't even deserve the 1. They were extremely rude screaming at customers to get in line. Scarastic telling them don't you see the ropes, as they where mocking people. Also rudely telling people to hurry and pay attention to their numbers. As well as they charged me 2 times for a pizza and the manager said they couldn't make it cause they never got the receipt for it and that it happens all the time. I tried showing her I was charged for it but she didn't care which I understood if it was the machines fault. But when I went to tell the workers she told me to tell the manager. And the manager just walked to the girl after I explained it and she said it happens all the time that they can't do anything about. But they didn't even acknowledge me. So I just left cause I dont like to be confrontational plus I understand how sometimes people can just be having a bad day. But honestly I don't even know if that's an reason to treat people...

Hey, it does the job. You're hungry? Afraid of getting sick on the plane? You can trade your money for carbs here. Watched my partner order a margarita pizza here -- not the best choice, I think, but I wasn't doing the choosing. My brother once said that if you find yourself at a good pizza place, order a margarita pizza . . . but, if you find yourself at a not-so-good pizza place, under no conditions should you order a margarita pizza. Was the pizza good here? Not really. Did I expect it to be good? Definitely not! So, am I satisfied? Of course! You can't go into a 7/11 and complain that their hot dogs aren't fresh! This place is called 800 degrees and it's packed in the back of a food mall in LAX by the bathrooms. C'mon. Oh, and careful back there by the bathrooms, too: someone told me that one of the men's toilets doesn't flush. I did not...

Disappointing, unprofessional and incompetent.

If I wanted to eat charcoal, I would've lit a bonfire and made it myself.

My father ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni in it and apart from the fact that the pizza tasted like charred wood the pepperoni was incredibly hot, it's like they dropped a flask of tabasco hot sauce on top of the thing.

The other pizza wasn't as bad as the first and it tasted rather nice but it still felt as my mouth was on fire because of the pepperoni, in no way at all were we informed by either the staff or a sign that the pepperoni was so spicy.

To add insult to injury the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude.

I understand it's a restaurant inside an Airport but that's still no excuse to be slack and give it the...

Wish I would have read the reviews first. It was late and I felt like pizza at the airport so gave it a shot. Went to order and the unpleasant man asked “cash or card”, and when I said card, he said rudely that I need to use the “machine” to order it. At the end of the order, it asked if I want tip 15% or 20%. Are you kidding me? Luckily one option on tip was “other”. I picked other and picked 0%! People behind the counter are unfriendly, bordering on rude. When the pizza arrived, the crust was totally burnt. For the Marguerite pizza, I got tasteless thin layer of sauce and minimal cheese, and that’s it; pizza size was between small and medium. This for $20! Felt cheated and was sorry to have gone there. Not recommended.

I ordered a veggie pizza, which comes with olives cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was remarkably tasty. The sauce was really nice, as was the dough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the overall eating experience. The pizza was somewhat pricey at $14.15, but that kinda comes with the territory. That said, however, the pizza was somewhere between a standard small and medium in size, which is unusually big for a personal pizza. The staff was chill and straight to the point. The dining experience was an airport experience, so no harm there. I recommend this over sandwiches, bar food, or Panda Express any day.
